I'm sorry I joined this company! It seems scam (i got in 12/19/25)till now can not log in and their bot Talking off topic and there is no human response! From the first moment I couldn't connect, customer service/support is cumbersome and ineffective. The traders are really not at the top of their minds! Waste of time!

when I have decided to close my account I had to pay commissions and fees that were not specified. They asked the proof of a bank account to do the payment (when they received my money, they did not ask anythin) only trying to delay the payment. Not professional

I joined the Eightcap day trading challenge yesterday, hit my profit target of $179, and officially passed the account. I followed every rule and requirement exactly as stated. My payout was supposed to be $100, and I applied for withdrawal as soon as everything was approved. But after waiting nearly 16 hours, my withdrawal was rejected without any clear explanation. On top of that, they removed $47 from my earnings for no valid reason. I made that profit in one clean trade, and still they deducted it without telling me why. This experience makes it feel like their main goal is not to pay traders, even when all rules are followed. It’s extremely frustrating to put in the work, meet targets, follow all guidelines, and then have the payout denied with no transparency. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this platform. Traders deserve honesty, clarity, and respect — none of which I received.

They seem trustworthy, and I made a deposit and withdrawal within three days without any problems. Eightcap UK – Avoid this company. Their platform is highly unreliable and customer service is non-existent. I placed orders with stop losses, yet the system failed to execute them correctly, leaving me exposed. The platform froze, preventing me from closing positions, and when I tried to reach support, calls went unanswered and emails were ignored. To make matters worse, the reporting system is poorly designed and unprofessional.

Long requirements, like bank statements and utility payments, to be register are unwanted
Please approve the use of ByBit for deposit and withdrawal! Again, remove Swap and Commission. We also need a leverage of 1:3000

I was curious regarding their Day Trader program and had a few questions so that I could decide to register and take the challenge. Following that, I have contracted the Customer service for the information. They were not helpful at all regarding the matter and did not answer any questions as I was not registered. If that's the case, please let the customer know beforehand allowing them to talk to customer support. They should look into it as it ruined the entire experience and I will not be looking into their services anymore.

don't use this platform. it will get to your nerves. it will took you 2 to 3 weeks to get approved and months or probably not to make a withdrawal. iam glad i did not use this platform as my primary account. i hope my money will make you happy 8cap!!!

Quick to email you upon joining but ignore all emails you might think to send them. They offer a free TradingView Plus subscription but ignore requests to activate it and choose to instead bombard you with calls that, thankfully, most spam filters will block. Spreads aren't that great either.
Solid broker, in the sea of all other options, this one is definitely worth your time. You are assigned a personal contact in case of whatever issues or questions you have, had no issues so far. Would recommend again
They are the worst. Pos broker with wide spread too early margin call or stop out, wont recommend them, withdrawal process the worst, money wont be set aside or remove from tradeable amount and they keep on asking to verify btc address and wont let you withdraw when you are in a position
