Terrible Broker – Stay Away from Eightcap! I’m absolutely furious with this broker. Eightcap is the worst! They’re NOT flexible, NOT efficient, and have horrible customer service. When you face issues, they’re not willing to help and make everything difficult. I can’t believe this is an “Australian regulated” broker what a disappointment. There are many better and more reliable brokers out there. Avoid Eightcap at all costs!
There should be 0 stars for this because of what I experienced with this broker Eightcap. I created an account with them using an affiliate's link. They have this promotion for everyone that the first deposit of will have 20% credit bonus. I deposited $510 and iI requested for this credit bonus. Unfortunately, their account manager responsible to my trading account said "Following a review of your account, we must unfortunately advise that as your account was referred via an Eightcap partner, it is not eligible for this specific offer. As per the terms and conditions section 6 under 6.2." It clearly states "6.2 This Promotion is not available to Introducing Brokers of Eightcap." Their terms and conditions did not clearly say what is this Introducing brokers. The account manager wrote me "This is to advise that affiliates and partners are part of Eightcap introducing broker. Hence the offer were no longer applied to clients that were referred." Clearly this company is just making an excuse not to give credit bonus. I have opened an account with different brokers like VT Markets, PuPrime, etc and also under an affiliate link and I did not have any problems in getting the credit bonus. Once I deposited funds, my account will automatically have corresponding bonus. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Eightcap to anyone and may this be a warning for everyone who are planning to use this broker. DO NOT!!!!

Eightcap's connection to Tradingview is the worst I've ever encountered among the various brokers I've used. Connection failures, I can't close several trades, resulting in losses, and I receive terrible support from both platforms. Interestingly, neither Tradingview nor Eightcap takes responsibility for the issues. Each blames the other for the problems, and neither is responsible for my losses.
