I couldnt log in go my real account then i was given instructions via whatsapp.the instructions were accurate and made it easy to access my account
I think it's wonderful to work with deriv brokers though they need to have strong security....
Deriv has never solved my case from 2024 July where I lost money instead of being rewarded with profits after hitting TP

Your Broker is shit... Stopping people out when price has not hit sl level is something I will never understand
The fact that I could place a trade with as low as $1 and could hold for a long time with a very low swap charge, that alone amazed me and I really love it ❤️

I was having a problem with address verification my deposits where locked for a long time almost 5 months but I always keep in touch with customer representative until it was resolved they all have customer care. I have discovered that if you respond to the emails sent to you from deriv everything will be okay thanks Deriv team

No support whatsoever! They lock my cashier without any explanation even after submitting all statements for each individual card. Tried reaching out to customer service, literally no response, no answer. No one to assist or help They completely ignore you !
