Good but having issue with the withdraw that is my issue the broker is good but the withdraw is my issue

No support whatsoever! They lock my cashier without any explanation even after submitting all statements for each individual card. Tried reaching out to customer service, literally no response, no answer. No one to assist or help They completely ignore you !

I will give it 5 stars because I like everything about this app but their transactions is always slow it takes hours 😔, but you guys are good, just make the transition faster please.
I wanted to give 5 STAR but I'll give them 3.5 out of 5 STAR. Because, when they bring the "Tradingview"option I started to like the broker more. But, then after few months again they OFF the tradingview option for trade. I just really started to feel uncomfortable, because by trading with the tradingview option i feel more passionate. I also like the mt5 option but not much. I'm just missing the "tradingview" option or else Everything is very good mainly the deposit and withdraw are fast and many more. Thanks
It's ok.so far..I mostly see some issues on the weekends..The app glitches and fail to access my account for a few hours..
Calmness patience and swiftness in response
What you do is so unfair. When I request for payout it takes too long to get the payment. But when I want to make a deposit you process it immediately. How is that fair?!!

It'll be great if local bank transfer will be possible or withdrawal can be done using various means not just the means you deposited with. For example my first deposit was litcoin and I wanted to withdraw through an agent I know that helped me deposited again but I couldn't because I was asked to do that with the first method I deposited with. This causes a lot of stress compared to other brokers that is easier to deposit and withdraw

I used deriv for many years and it's the best what I used from every other apps, i wish there is any option where deriv rewards those who don't have money support them to grow.
