Very professional broker
P2P customer service like talking to robots. Inconveniencing me in favour of a scammer . Been providing every proof that I made payment still till now they send me automated messages asking for more

Best at synthetic indices
I made a deposit of 4959.93; the funds have been deducted from my Binance account, but the amount has not yet been updated in my Deriv account. I have contacted support multiple times, but the support team is unable to resolve my issue. Deriv has a very poor support service.

Deriv have improved their deposit and withdrawal timeframe. They have added multiple payment methods and my favourite is the USDT via Polygon network and I can even deposit and withdraw 5 USDT This gives me the opportunity to navigate between my crypto currency account and Deriv account easily because I am a crypto enthusiasts. Now I can trade in Deriv and withdraw to my crypto account to accumulate my crypto portfolio without any middle man because middle man can reduce your rate drastically. The Deriv interface is better now and easier to navigate. Your affiliate account is also link to your Deriv account with a click you can transfer your partner commission to your trading account. You can also get your partner commission in crypto if you want. It is so amazing and most importantly we have been given an opportunity to increase our number of MT5 account by one more. Though I think Deriv should give us the opportunity to have like 25 MT5 I personally need 21 MT5 on synthetic because I intend to do a trading project with it. That is one area Deriv is limiting users like me. All the same I love the trading platform. I will give all the stars I can give. Deriv also offer low spread and also a Swapfree MT5 that is my favourite. Deposit is fast and withdrawal is super fast. Thanks to Deriv.
