A scammer hacked my account and was in the process of withdrawing my funds. Thanks to the Deriv support quick response. I requested them to immediately suspend the account and instantly the account was placed on hold and the scammer couldn't complete the withdrawal process.

I am extremely disappointed with Deriv. I requested a withdrawal of $200 over one month ago, and up till now I have not received my money. No clear explanation, no solution, just delays. This is my hard-earned money. A broker should not hold customers’ funds for this long. It is stressful, unfair, and unprofessional. Their support keeps giving generic replies instead of fixing the problem. If you value your money and peace of mind, think twice before using this platform. I regret trusting Deriv and I advise everyone out there that’s not willing to loose hard earn money or random money
