Face verification process keep failing over and over but the overall real account opening and verification process is good
Deriv has changed their interface. Moving funds is now complicated. Proof of address is nearly impossible in Malawi (Africa). Deriv is losing customer even in Kenya.
I'm not happy with ur withdrawal this broker is playing game with customer Withdrawal service is very bad We paying high price if commission but when we need to withdraw our money this broker have always problems that is very unfair with us

I was having a problem with address verification my deposits where locked for a long time almost 5 months but I always keep in touch with customer representative until it was resolved they all have customer care.
