few days back, I placed a trade, market got closed, reached out to their support team was informed market would open on 26th december 7AM New York time. And guess what, market opened on 25th december 6PM New York time... My entire position got liquidated.... I would be further raising complain with FSCL as a broker is not supposed to misinform....... Have been with Blackbull for almost a year, had no issues,,,, but you never know when they gonna misinform you and you would start loosing your money........

I made around 20% return while trading, and initiated a full withdrawal (deposit amount to crypto as it was used for a deposit, and the profits to the bank account). The whole process was smooth, reasonably fast (2 days in total), without any hiccups. I only mind the fact that all positions needs to be closed before withdrawal can be initiated (I understand the reasoning behind it, to preserve margin from unpredictability, but maybe setting up some limitation in this case could be better than outright not allowing withdrawals with open positions). So far, this broker has everything that I need, lightning fast execution, responsive support, tight spreads, simply withdrawal process. Definitely allocating my whole trading capital with them.
