I've used BlackBull for over a year now, and without any problems. Really easy to get set up and running, and when I had a slight technical problem loading up my broker dashboard today, their customer support representative (Riana) was incredibly prompt and friendly. They answered some additional questions around fine details about their services before I ended the chat with them, and seemed very willing to assist me.

Their customer service level is exceptionally well, on time without any delays and will do their best to leave you satisfied. I spoke with a lady Jessica and she was phenomenal, through her professionalism to making sure any issues or questions you have are solved and answered thoroughly, highly recommend.
To be fair it was the adviser Jessica she was so helpful and knowledgeable and turned my query around to my complete satisfaction in a couple of minutes
