I am writing this review to record a serious security issue I experienced with BlackBull Markets. In early November 2025, £2,850 was withdrawn from my trading account without my authorisation. I did not request or approve any withdrawal. The funds were transferred out of my account and converted to cryptocurrency. BlackBull has stated that the withdrawal was approved via my registered email address. However, I did not receive any withdrawal confirmation email, verification code, or security alert, and there is no record of such an email in my inbox, spam, or deleted folders. This raises concerns regarding the effectiveness of the platform’s withdrawal authorisation and security processes. Following my enquiry, BlackBull provided login IP addresses associated with the incident, including locations that were not mine at the relevant time. Despite this, the withdrawal was processed. The financial loss totals £2,850. The matter is now being reported to law enforcement and the relevant financial regulator for review of the circumstances and whether adequate safeguards were in place to protect client funds. I am sharing this experience so that others can make informed decisions and understand the importance of robust account security when using online trading platforms.
