They suspended my partner’s account because we are not on the same level. He is at level master 4 and myself at level 1. After we accomplished the task. They said we are not on the same level and said we should enquired about it first. It’s just an excuse to take our money. Now we both can’t take out our money. So people read the final print otherwise your account will be suspended and cant cash out your money.

I honestly think these guys are a scam. It's been almost three weeks and I still haven't received the NDB. Why advertise something and not deliver? They don't even respond to emails mxm.

Bad on Jordan I am writing to express my deep frustration and formal objection regarding the sudden closure of my account (registered under my wife's name), which I have been using for a long period to market your services and build a solid customer base. After consistently generating successful leads and reaching a point where I was earning substantial commissions, the account was terminated without any prior notice or clear justification. The only explanation provided was a vague reference to the 'Compliance Department.' I find this treatment highly unprofessional and unfair. All the clients I brought to your platform remain under my username, yet I am now being deprived of the commissions I earned through my hard work. There has been no transparency, no assistance provided to recover the account, and no effort to protect my rights as a partner. I request a detailed explanation for this closure and an immediate review of my case to restore my account and the commissions owed to me

Terrible experience, I traded the $50 bonus, first they said I must meet the required lots of 0.50 I met them then they changed and said I must meet a 2 round lot requirement they trying their best to sabotage you. Don't sign up for this broker.
I'll upgrade my initial 1 star because my concerns were eventually addressed. I'll give 3 stars because i had to write a review for them to pay me attention. I would also like them to fix their whatsapp line and online chat. It can't be that we have to send an email to customer support whenever we want to communicate.

I love how things are handled under ATFX. I got the R850 bonus and was able to make +R11k in a week. Just by following strict rules and my trading plan. The market did the heavy lifting for me. I traded the $50 no deposit bonus and made profit of $378. I was only able to withdraw $300 because of the Limit. The customer service is good.

ATFX proved me wrong firstly I thought that thier 50$ credit bonus it's a scam or not real until I give it a try, then wow I couldn't believe my eyes everything just went well, I followed thier detailed terms and condition as stipulated which are: > Closing trades within 2 minutes you will be disqualified > Don't open more than 0.10 lot per trade > Minimum 0.50 lot to be traded to qualify for your withdrawal > Minimum qualifying withdrawal capped at 100$ and Max 300$ Thier WhatsApp line is slow sometimes but try thier email it's very effective I'm happy I've done that and withdrew my profit without any difficulties now I'm going to enjoy it🎉🥰 Thank you ATFX and Kagiso Chidi for your great customer service keep it up
If you follow the rules you get in the pdf they send by email you'll get your payout. No scalping (keep trades above 2 minutes), No trades above 0.10 lots, And complete the 0.5 lot requirement. I followed everything and I got paid. Process was very straightforward. I'm very grateful for the opportunity.
Worst broker I've used ever since I started trading, bad costumer service... They gave me a bonus & I deposited in my trading account & made profit, now they don't want me to withdraw my profit. I tried reaching out to them & they didn't respond to my text...
I would advise people to stay away from these people. just imagine false advertisement, poor service where in your live chat I didn’t get a response and on WhatsApp got response after millions of minutes and your email got response after calling two times to do follow up only to be given terms and conditions that were not part of the deal. Just imagine the time I wasted.

They will not let me withdraw my money and the customer support has been unresponsive . I have noted a more reliable alternativ in my photo display .
This broker is the biggest scam and I think it needs to be reported to the FINANCIAL SERVICES BOARD. On Monday 2025-10-13 I traded the $50 no deposited account. Some of my trades ran almost 100 pips profit on 0.01 layer which the profit shows $0.50. I started to increase the lot size and brought the account to almost $200 in almost 2 days using 0,01 lot size. I calculated the amounts of 0.01 which came to almost 5 lot sizes which gives me almost $200 On Wednesday 2025-10-15, I sent an email asking what is the requirements for withdrawal and the revert back telephonically that I violated their rules as most of my traded did not run for more then 2 minutes. As a human being, if you stand at the edge of the cliff and if one step forward is going will lead you to crash or suicide, why in trading do you need to hold a trade for more then 2 minutes knowing very well that your account will be in the negative or get blown. You closed my account because of that rule. What us even worst, is that the consultant I spoke to are so rude as if it is his job to protect and cover up for the broker. Anyone reading this should never use this broker as to me this is the worse broker I ever came across so far. I will personally lay a complain to the Financial services board in south africa and give feedback in due course.
I have recently signed up with ATFX, my account got verified withing 48 hours. There online WhatsApp support does not seem to reply. When I phoned in they answered immediately and stated there is backlog. Support was very good and friendly and broker seems all round good. If I have any change of heart I will update this review accordingly. My MT5 account number is 715007112

First of all, during the onboarding process they told me that one of their copy traders that invited me to join ATFX was one of their excellent traders that had a streak of winnings. After they kept telling me to give them a chance and the market is volatile - I lost 40% of my capital. I took my money out.
