I recently opened an account with ATFX after discussing a 30% "loseable" bonus with their manager. I deposited $1000 and requested the bonus, which was credited to my account after a 3-day delay. However, things quickly took a turn for the worse. I found out the bonus was not "loseable," contrary to what was initially explained to me. When I contacted the manager, I was informed that I could withdraw my funds and that the bonus could be removed. This is where my frustration began. I requested the removal of the bonus, which took another day, and only then did I try to withdraw my funds. The withdrawal process was slow and cumbersome. After another day, I received confirmation that my withdrawal had been successfully processed, but the money never arrived in my wallet. I repeatedly contacted live chat, but all I was told was that it had been processed from their end, and I needed to wait another 1-2 working days for the third-party provider to complete the transaction. The lack of communication, poor customer support, and frustrating withdrawal process made me feel completely uncomfortable and misled. ATFX’s support team is non-responsive and uncooperative, and I would highly discourage anyone from using this broker. My account number is MT5 - 655001994.
After my trade with Brent went horribly wrong and I lost R2700 I believe that ATFX should have refunded me because it was caused by their negligence because they failed to warn me about the public holiday which cut the trade prematurely and overnight I lost R2750
I am back again with my Review,ATFX 👏👏👏The professionalism in ATFX is excellent,the staff is very friendly and always helpful,I have never had a problem that was not solved. Im happy about the Deposit Withdrawal features,no hassles Im glad I chose ATFX,I could rate it 5 stars every day. It has exceeded my expectation, I would advice people to choose ATFX,this Broker has its client's best interest.

I lost everything with you
I have been completely blocked from withdrawing my trading funds through all available channels. Despite contacting ATFX support via both email and live chat multiple times, I have received no meaningful assistance or resolution. My concerns have been repeatedly ignored. This experience has raised serious doubts about the transparency and reliability of ATFX. I am deeply concerned about the safety of the funds I have deposited with this broker. As a trader, this kind of uncertainty is unacceptable.
I have 1199.06 in my account and I have been prohibited from making any withdrawal. They froze my account without provocation. Be careful with this company. Funds flow in one direction only.

Very professional, my relationship manager in Sydney is always quick to respond. Been to a few meetings and training sessions my account manager invited me to as well. All in all, I would definitely recommend ATFX.
