Zent ri Coups rescued me from financial disaster and restored my lost money.

I requested a bank withdrawal on the 6th of this month, and until now my money has not been transferred. Every time I contact support, they tell me ‘the transfer is completed’, but nothing has been received. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I will escalate this case to the regulators. Traders, be careful
Imagine getting high spreads 4 pips on EurUSd and 1$ spread on Gold with no reason. Awful experience.

October 8, 2025 I started trading with Accuindex in August 2025 and initially deposited around $22,000. After trading, my account reached about $27,000 to $28,000 in total balance. During the process, there were already issues regarding my profits — the company questioned some of my trading gains and attempted to deduct part of them. After I challenged this, they partially reduced my profit but confirmed the account balance. I then requested two withdrawals of $10,000 each. The first withdrawal was successfully paid, but the second one — approved on September 29th, 2025 — has never been received. Despite multiple emails and support tickets (Ticket #16258 and #16371), I have not received any response or blockchain confirmation for this transaction. Accuindex’s system shows the withdrawal as “Approved,” yet the funds never arrived in my crypto wallet. This situation is very concerning, as I have no confirmation of payment, and communication from both my account manager and the support team has completely stopped. I am now worried that, in addition to not paying my profits, Accuindex might unilaterally hold my funds. I’m sharing this review hoping that Accuindex will address this matter transparently and process my pending withdrawal as soon as possible. I will gladly update this review if the issue is properly resolved. Kind regards, Fernando Bassan Update – October 10, 2025 After my previous review and my formal complaints to regulatory authorities (FSC Mauritius and CySEC), Accuindex processed my pending payment. Shortly after that, I tried to make another withdrawal via cryptocurrency — the same method I used for my deposits — but the option was suddenly removed from my account. After I raised the issue again, the crypto withdrawal method was finally re-enabled. Today, I have submitted a new withdrawal request using the same method and I am now waiting to see if it will be paid promptly and without any further issues. If everything goes well, I will update my review once again to reflect the final outcome. However, if any further delay or problem occurs, I will reopen communication with the regulators. Hi every one,it is about 9 months of trading with accuindex,it was all good until about 2 month ago,the broker has strated playing with entry points and stoplosses and sever slippage in High Volatile News,i dont know what is going on with this broker but it was one of the best brokers for fast execution and firm entries and stoplosses for news times but now... becareful of your trading during news times,the support will not help you any more and will tell you(( Dont have any open trades during news time))
I had a stop-out during a news event due to high volatility, which Accuindex failed to execute properly. They claim they can't guarantee Stop-Loss execution because of price availability from their liquidity providers. But isn't that their job—to protect clients during volatility? The email I received was dismissive, lacking any real help or concern for the loss I suffered. They simply blame "market conditions" and their "STP model," yet provide no solution or meaningful support. Customer care was nowhere to be found, just an impersonal excuse. Traders should be able to trust their brokers, especially during high-risk periods. Accuindex let me down when I needed stability the most. I would advise anyone to reconsider trusting them if they care about proper risk management and decent customer service.

I emailed a request to deactivate and delete my user account, but no follow-up was done. I am really sorry that no one is following up
