THIS IA A SCAM COMPANY Avoid at all cost!
The staff does not care about their customers
they don't respond, the contacts i had (phone number, mails) are not valid anymore and the website chat keeps giving error when i try to contact them. Don;t trust it anymore
They are scammers they are takin all my £5000 mony not refund a pound .
These people are terrible. I left the platform and asked to remove my account long long time ago. I am still getting calls from all sorts of numbers bithering me with the questions why i left. I aksed million times not to call me again as i am not interested, but still they are calling constantly. They shared my personal date with god know whom and they wont stop bothering me. Just annoying!!!

La respuesta del comercial, R.M., el cual iba a estar a mi entera disposición, me daba largas como problema técnico, el dinero ha llegado pero todavía no lo podemos poner en la plataforma. Finalmente me piden un documento swift el MT103 que se le envía el 23 de junio. A fecha de hoy, mi diligente comercial no me coge el teléfono y en la plataforma de atención al cliente me indican que lo están solucionando. ESTAFA SCAM. After a few days, the transfer did not appear in the credit of my account. The response from the commercial, R.M., who was going to be at my entire disposal, gave me pause as a technical problem, the money has arrived but we still can't put it on the platform. Finally, they ask me for a swift document, MT103, which is sent to them on June 23. To date, my diligent commercial does not answer the phone and on the customer service platform they tell me that they are solving it. SCAM SCAM. All this I can document
Being a trader, my experience has been very bad. It's been more than a month and I have exhausted all my options to contact them (through tens of emails, tel, and chats) but no one bothers to respond. I have open positions and they don't care. ZERO Customer Service. They lie about their offerings and then don't fulfil their commitments/incentives. I am now feeling as if they are a scam or a fraud. Their Regulator must investigate their activities.
Very pushing account managers to load more money to your account so they can advise you how to trade as their systems only work with higher amounts of money. also really spamming my mailbox to show results of the traders they advise. really annoying. would really not advise to go with them. also they advise that they are good traders and therefore do not need to use stop loss in the trades...... i rest my case.
Almost perfect, but the withdrawal is clunky
One star is still too much. Within 3 weeks I lost everything ( nearly 60.000). This is entirely due to the very incompetent guidance with very little to no experience people. Telling beautiful stories and finally making you pay.
Well, they were persuading me with licences, reasuring me that they are serious and so on. When I widrawed money the amount did not match the amount requested, plus, everything what I won I cound't widraw. After I widraw my money, the history of transactions was lost and everything which last was only widraw request, which was twice cancelled by them so they could take the amount which I traded on their platform. I requested a call but no answer, the numbers which they called don't work. The person who supposed to help me with trading was on phone with me 3 times. I do not recommend them, you loose your nerves for their profit.
Trader (or its affiliate) is using fraudulent advertising practices in Czech language, official complaint to the Czech National Bank was send.
I don’t recommend 1market to anyone unless your a pro… the high leverage is just too dangerous u can lose your hard worked money just like that ‘poef’ and it’s gone… so plz don’t do this to ur self just go to a normal broker with less leverage..
I have been scammed by this company. Cem Yalin, who is working for this company has called me and has advised me to invest in a position on the stock of Aselsan for more than 500 dollars. He has advised me exactly what I should do, and I also said to him that I wanted a risk threshold, so that I would not lose all my money. He said that was okay, and that I would not make huge losses. Two days later and the total balance on my account is gone! Customer support is not picking up the phone, and not answering my mails. Just a scammer organization. Watch out!! All the positive reviews on Trustpilot are fake and are generated by 1Market. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Oh, yes by the way I already sent a mail to support but they won't respond! Just scammers!
There is something weird and fishy about this company. First of all, you see on their website that they won the best CFD broker award of 2021; I've searched the whole Internet but couldn't find such a thing! The moment I registered I received immediately a call from a lady called "T. H" (which I assume it is not her real name), she talked soo much and killed me with the story that she is a single mum and lost all her money in Canada! Anyway these people pushes the client to invest more and more money and to upgrade to a pro profile while you are a beginner! In the beginning we made a few profits but when the market went against us she came up with the most stupid ideas and risk management's, which made me lose money. What also annoyed me was the fact she kept saying their office is based in Berlin but that was a lie. They simply call from Cyprus! I don't know why they lie about that? - Suddenly I had a new account manager called "M. B", and he assumed he has a degree from the economy university of Amsterdam, well I can tell from his way of talking and writing that his highest degree is the kindergarten. I wasn't happy with his supports so requested another analyst. Also there app and website are very annoying and the page keeps loading, and I can't enter my account 😑 Anyway do your own researches before starting an account here! The high leverage at 1market might be interesting, but there is zero risk management and good support.
Really annoying, since initiating an account from what was described as an online tool for trading i receive constant calls from sales people from who knows where. Never ever start an account is my advice. I can not find any way to cancel. The unsubscribe links does not work and they have shared my contact details with aggressive sales companies.
Been hassled by sellers. Really annoying
In September they just stopped UK trading with no notice as a result I had to close my open trades against my will and therefore take a loss against my will. They lost their UK trading license and didn't even provide any notice. They have to compensate people accordingly for any losses that weren’t the customers fault. I have a list of seven different grievances that happened over the course of my dealings with them. • I was given a pro trading account even though i'm, not a pro trader and stated several time my exeprience was limited. I should never have been exposed to the high leverages. • I believe my account manager made me purposely misrepresent myself in my pro account application in terms of total capital in order so it would go through. • I was asked by email to verify the information that I provided for my pro account application but my account manager said not to worry about it and that it wasn’t needed, but it clearly was. • I received no notice that the company was about to lose its license and no notification from my account manager. I only found out about on the day it happened when I logged in. You can’t just cease trading like that without giving people proper notice or compensating them accordingly. • All my account manager support just ceased and I received no notification / communications from them. They just abandoned me without giving me any advice or support. • You forced me to close down my trades without my permission therefore forcing me to take the loss. • There were hidden “maintenance” fees that came off my balance. I was given no explanation what they were and why they had to come off. When I was raised they refunded it which makes me think it wasn’t supposed to come out at all and you were sneakily trying to siphon money from my account without my permission. I thinking of going to the FCA and possibly a solicitor to get my money back.
Oh wow, did not think there was a company really wanting to be helpful and understanding and not being scammers. It is early days but oh my goodness what a start. Been scammed so many times but maby now there is some hope. My account manager is absolutely great and she does not push me to anything. I will update here as the time progresses and also hopefully my sad situation too.
Terrible customer service. Just received an email saying a withdrawal has been requested from my account which I did not initiate. This is fraudulent activity and obviously an issue that needs looking into and stopping immediately. Reached out to them, the live service doesn't even allow you to start a conversation and instead the only option is to leave a message with them, still awaiting a reply.
