Stupid broker. They didn't verify my account in 2 months.
I am very disappointed with this broker’s service. There is no proper response from the support team regarding my verification process. It has already been 20 days, and my account is still not verified. If the verification process takes this long, I am concerned about how long withdrawals would take. This level of delay and lack of communication is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I do not recommend anyone to use this broker.
I am issuing a serious public warning regarding my experience with Zero Markets. My trading account currently shows a withdrawable balance of $21,101.36 USD, yet when I attempted to withdraw my funds, the system suddenly displayed the message: “Access is restricted due to limited permissions. Please contact online support.” There was absolutely no prior notice, no compliance explanation, no email, and no justification provided. My funds are clearly visible in the account, but I am being blocked from accessing $21,101.36 of my own money. This type of behavior is one of the biggest red flags in the brokerage industry. Restricting withdrawal access at the exact moment a client requests funds is extremely concerning and raises serious questions about fund security and transparency. I have already contacted their support team demanding immediate clarification and release of my funds. If this issue is not resolved without further delay, I will: File formal complaints with the relevant financial authorities Submit detailed reports to trader protection and anti-fraud platforms Publicly share documented screenshots and account proof Continue warning other traders across forums and review websites At this stage, I cannot recommend this broker to anyone.
