The new update make XM copy trade provider can't change their bio profile picture and description. Please make it changeable again like the previous one. Edit: It's changeable now.

I am writing this review as a FINAL WARNING to all potential traders. XM is not a safe broker for new beginners. I am a new beginner trader who worked tirelessly for weeks and months, investing my full effort to build up a small, modest profit. My account, [351574012], had a legitimate profit of $389.00 which XM suddenly and unjustly seized. Their only excuse was a generic, vague "violation of the Terms and Conditions." When asked for clarity or proof, they refused to provide any specific details or evidence. This strongly suggests they are using vague excuses to seize client funds, a practice which I know has affected other traders as well. This is unacceptable and dishonest. Instead of guiding new clients, XM chose to punish me severely by stealing my hard-earned money. Their Compliance Team has issued a "Final Decision" and refused to reverse this gross injustice. I have filed an official complaint with the Financial Ombudsman and will continue to spread the word across all forums (ForexPeaceArmy, WikiFX) to expose this practice. XM broker is a scammer. XM randomly ERASING profits in most profitable accounts, and saying about "violating rules" but never clearly explain why. My XM account 301866992, name: Luis Alonso Delgado Mogollon. XM erased $1705.84 of profits!! I've closed 12 trades with different pairs mostly in profit - XM erased all profit!

I am very disappointed with my recent experience with XM Global. I made a deposit into my trading account, and it has been over 30 hours with no update or reflection of funds in my account. I contacted support multiple times but received no clear response or resolution. This delay has caused me serious inconvenience and loss of trading opportunities. For a company that claims to be reliable and professional, this kind of delay is completely unacceptable. I have raised a formal complaint and requested $10,000 in compensation for the trouble and financial stress this situation has caused. I truly hope XM Global takes responsibility and resolves this issue quickly. Until this matter is sorted, I will continue to share my honest experience so other traders are aware of what can happen.

I have submitted $100 and got Bonus of £100 on top, Thats good but Something wrong with their charts, also when doing scalping their trade take atleast 2 seconds of lag where prices change and you get in loss. Also, same time with Tradingview and Exness their charts showing something else other than XM, they manipulate 100% with Charts. Also, when you withdraw the amount u cant withdraw in same 24hour time. you have to wait for the same flatform to be active which is pathetic, I would never ever recommend any new trader to use them. Your money already wasted as soon as you signed in With them

They push the cstick but they totally legit. The returned amount reduced because my local bank charges a bad exchange rate. Not their fault, they legit.

XM demands "unmasked UPI ID" – but **PhonePe says masking is standard security policy**. I sent **official bank email** (on my registered email) showing: - Full UTR - Amount - Merchant: XM TRADING / Bank of India - Date/Time XM **ignores it** and loops with "investigation." Filed UPI dispute with NPCI & preparing CySEC complaint. **AVOID UPI deposits with XM** – their system is broken for Indians. Attachments: Bank email, UPI receipt, XM emails.

Do not go with this broker please!!!. On multiple occasions they have manipulated their app, locking you out and prevent you from accessing it. This has happened on at least 3 occasions... you contact support and they tell you it's a technical issue but can't give the specifics when more information is required. Insider trading is what they are about!!!

am a client with XM and my trading account was suddenly disabled without any clear explanation. I also requested to withdraw my funds, but XM refused to process my withdrawal and forced me to withdraw through a different method, even though I made my last deposit through Neteller. After this issue, my account was blocked for trading (“Trading in this account is disabled on the server”), and I have not been able to access my funds or trade since then. I have contacted XM support several times but did not receive a fair or clear resolution. I believe this behavior is unethical and possibly violates client fund protection regulations. I kindly request that your regulatory authority investigates this matter and ensures that my funds are returned and that XM is held accountable for this treatment.

They're making problems with withdrawals. For crypto withdrawals over $300 they don't charge a fee, but for amounts under $300 they charge a $15+ fee. Charging fees from poor people while creating preferential treatment for the wealthy — what kind of practice is this?
I used XM since they had the mobile money deposit and withdrawal method that was first and affordable in my area am located. But what's came up so disappointing is that they blocked my number I was using to deposit and withdrawal telling me that my number isn't allowed by there company yet I was using it before . I requested the apdate so that I can change the number but they requested me to provide documents that are not even available in my country instead of the apdate. Am now looking forward to change to another Brocker that favors my ability and I hope HFM will do it better. But this a disappointment. XM I didn't expect this .

I traded during the CPI news on October 24, 2025, and made a profit of USD 1,037.31. Suddenly, my XM account (410236703) was blocked without warning, and the company refused to release my profit, claiming that I logged in from two devices. However, I only used one trading account — just for monitoring, not manipulation. I have already submitted an official complaint to CySEC regarding this issue. I hope XM reconsiders this case and treats its clients fairly.
This company cant improve.... if you are making loss its good for the company.... and if you do profit and ask for withdraw they simply say... you violate our terms and conditions... your account gets closed.... I made a trade on 24/10/25 just before cpi data... of 1100 dollar and earned 3682 profit.... but they rejected my withdrawal and said you are violating our t and c..... shit company fraud company dont go for it..... I lost money to what appears to be a crypto deposit scam. DO NOT use Bitcoin or any crypto with XM. I made a Bitcoin deposit on October 16th. Sent two transactions to complete the full amount. Both confirmed on blockchain. Their system glitched and didn't recognize my second payment - their error, not mine. Spent over a week going back and forth with support, sending them proof over and over. Finally they tell me my money is "lost" and "irrecoverable" and falls "below minimum recovery threshold." Are you kidding me? I literally tracked my Bitcoin on the blockchain. They received it. They moved it to their main wallet that holds MILLIONS. My money is sitting in their wallet right now. How is that "lost"? Their payment processor AlphaPo even sent me a refund email. I clicked the button over a week ago. Still shows "refund in progress" but I've gotten nothing. So which is it - is my money being refunded (like AlphaPo says) or is it "lost forever" (like XM says)? When I show them blockchain proof they have my money, they just ignore it and copy-paste the same corporate nonsense about "technical limitations." This feels like a scam. If their system messes up your crypto deposit, they just keep your money and claim it's "lost" - even when you can prove they have it. I've used other brokers and they handle this properly - they either wait for you to complete the payment or automatically refund if it fails. XM just takes your money and makes excuses. Stay away from crypto deposits with XM unless you want to lose your money. I have blockchain proof they have my funds and they still won't return it.

I am very disappointed with XM's withdrawal handling. My xm id number is 321255426 I made a withdrawal of 1800 USD on [ 14 Oct) but till today, I have received only 1000 USD. The remaining 800 USD is still not credited to my account even after 10 days. XM's support team keeps giving the same response - "Please wait, it's under investigation" - but no clear transaction reference or proof has been provided. I used bank transfer for withdrawal, which XM allowed earlier, but now they are not giving any proper explanation about where my funds are stuck. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will have to consider moving to another regulated broker with faster and more transparent payment systems

This broker is a scammer i deposited 200usd using TRC20 crypto currency option on deposit made a profit of 310usd but cant with draw using the same method why??? secondly am only allowed to with draw wat i deposited the 200usd thru a bank or card and its 16 days no money has been paid and cant withdrraw the profits i made dont risk yo money here try other brokers

My xm account number is 85876884. I deposited $100 on the 17th of this month. I made a profit of $1084. I then requested a full withdrawal . After that, xm broker has removed all my profits. I have not received any email yet. Only the $100 I deposited has been returned to my mt5 account. Nothing has happened to my $1084 profits. I have contacted customer service 3 times about this. They have not helped me at all. They are ignoring this by saying that you will receive an email about this. It has been 3 days now. Nothing has happened to my money. They have scammed my money. Think twice before depositing money with this company. If I get my money back, I will remove this.

Is now over 30 days they keep holding my funds.. iam writing this review about this trading platform. When you keep winning they won't pay you be aware. They ask for documents which i send long ago but whenever I texted them they keep saying they are working on. I have seen many people complaining also.. this is worse FOREX BROKER TO BE USED.. Use to get withdrawal very fast but now its nothing like that ll stop trading with xm...only used it because of fast withdrawal even spreads are huge but no more now
