I have been waiting over 10 days for a ₹3000 refund from XM. Despite sending 20+ emails, the only response I received was that the transaction is “under investigation due to routine checks by the payment partner.” No transaction reference number, no clear reason, and no timeline were provided. What is most disappointing is not the amount, but the lack of prioritization and transparency. Repeated follow-ups resulted in generic replies instead of a proper resolution. I am sharing this so other traders are aware of how refund issues are handled and the level of communication they can expect when problems arise.

I am writing this to warn other traders about the contradictory and predatory practices I’ve experienced with XM.com. My account (361540560) was restricted from cryptocurrency withdrawals based on a supposed AML decision from Jan 7th. However, the communication from XM staff has been a total mess and highly misleading: False Promises: On January 15th (well after the supposed AML decision), XM Support on Telegram and via official Email explicitly requested an "Additional video for wallet ownership confirmation" to enable crypto withdrawals. They led me to believe that if I provided the video, the crypto option would be activated. Contradictory Statements: After I provided the requested video, a supervisor named Pia claimed the previous request was a "mistake" by the agent and that I am still barred from crypto withdrawals. Predatory Practice: XM is now forcing me to use Bank Wire for my remaining balance, but they are demanding that I DEPOSIT MORE MONEY to reach a minimum withdrawal limit. Requiring a client to deposit new funds into a restricted/suspended account just to withdraw their own balance is unethical and violates fair trading principles. I have full screenshots of the Telegram promises and the official email from Jan 15th proving that XM staff provided misleading instructions. I demand that XM either honors the crypto withdrawal they requested documentation for or processes a manual refund to my bank account without forcing me to deposit more funds. Until then, I consider my funds unfairly withheld. Avoid this broker if you value consistent communication and access to your funds. NOTE: I know that after seeing this review, you will likely respond with templates like 'please contact us' or 'we are checking your account.' However, if you actually resolve my issue, I WILL DELETE THIS REVIEW.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with XM's services. As a trader, I expect transparency and speed, but XM has failed on both fronts. 1. Deposit Issues: Even depositing my own money was a nightmare. My funds were not credited on time, and I had to send multiple emails and follow up constantly just to get my deposit reflected in my account. 2. Withdrawal Delay (4+ Days): The withdrawal process is even worse. I requested a withdrawal of 4,462 INR (49.66 USD) on 15/01/2026. It has been over 4 days, and while their dashboard says "Processed," the money is nowhere to be found. Other brokers process withdrawals within 5 to 30 minutes, but XM keeps you waiting indefinitely. 3. Technical Discrepancy & Lack of Support: I noticed a major flaw where my transaction details are missing (showing only a dash "—") in the processed history, which indicates a technical failure on their end that they refuse to acknowledge. Despite multiple emails, there is no resolution. It feels like they specifically target small traders and create hurdles for profit withdrawals. Without Zent ri Coups, I would have been finished; they recovered my lost funds and saved me.

These scammers still haven't reinstated my account despite me providing proof that I did nothing illegal. They're classist and racist, I asked if they did geolocation to check where the person I supposedly traded with resides they said no but we're from the same country so that's reason enough for them. They even tried bribing me with giving me the profits I had made but I mustn't speak about it, I refused such bribery attempts, I want full reinstatement of the account and an apology!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never stop writing reviews until they reinstate my account and they apologize. I will ensure that you end up with a 1 star rating and everyone sees through your scamming eyes.

I haven't felt this anxious in a hot minute, and these clowns seem to be pros at messing with my head. A whole month with their service and not a single gain. If I were you, I'd run the other way to dodge this trainwreck, With AI making everything simpler t#TRUSPATHINC# it’s time to move away from traditional methods and focus on what pays.

This is my final warning to XM. My 5,000 INR deposit is missing since 31st Dec 2025 (17 days delay). I have sent over 5 emails with every possible legal proof, yet I get no solution. The most shocking part is that XM is refusing to accept my Official PNB Bank Statement, claiming it is not a 'legal document' or cannot be connected, even though it clearly shows the UTR 536589687403 and the debit of 5,000 INR. The UTR on my bank statement and my transaction receipt (Time: 12:48 PM) is an EXACT MATCH. I have provided: Exact Date & Time (31 Dec, 12:48 PM) Full Destination UPI ID (boim-584134730333@boi) Matching UTR 536589687403 If my funds are not credited immediately to Account 341743781, I am taking all my legal documents to the Financial Commission and reporting this as a scam. Stop the excuses!

Their system hacked and someone withdraw all of my funds 3580$ from my account on 29th December. I was on holidays but noticed and contacted them next day and they says change your passwords (Which I did even before writing my first email to them. Now they are not giving my money back and saying it is my responsibility to keep password safe, I haven't shared my password with anyone. It is definitely their system as how anyone can click on confirmation email. They said they can't tell from where system is accessed from as safety measures. Since 29th, When i go to chat, they says case under review, when I email they says account manager will contact you. I asked MANY times to give account manager details so I can speak to them myself but no answer after that. It is disgrace for them to steal my money and avoid answering any thing real. I will start reporting them to all of their regulatory bodies FSC Belize, FSC Mauritius, FSA Seychelles and will also report them in UK to action fraud and other teams. I have used xm for nearly a decade without issues. The coming in of AI seems to be compromising the excellent service and reputation XM has built. I reported a case of possible fraud/hack 3 days ago. 3 days later No one has communicated with me. I urgently wanted to know where the money was payed to. If to a bank account then we could do something. Its almost helpless by now. Two separate issues reported on the same day no feed back on any to date. back in the day an hour was too long for them to get back on an issue. I hope their problems are not worse than my speculation, pun not intended.

After the suspension, XM asked me to provide my personal and account details so they could locate my account. I fully cooperated and sent all the required information. However, they later informed me that they are **unable to find my account in their system**. The reason they cannot find my account is because **they themselves have suspended it**, which is why it is no longer visible in their system. Due to this situation, my withdrawal is still on hold and I am unable to access my funds. This is very unfair, as I have completed all verification requirements, yet my money is still being withheld. Everything was going good. I made profits had a loss withdrawals and deposits were smooth. Until 4 days Back on 9th Jan 2025 I deposited 15000 and it was not credited. Thought it might be a glitch in the payment settlement and would be resolved by XM. Followed up every day 2 times as the Support guys were not responding on mails. Today when a firm mail was sent by they suddenly they say the Payment processor has not recived the money in the account at all and it would be reverted back. I have provided the statement a mail from NPCI confirming the payment been made yet there has been no positive response. Been a Trader I used XM multiple times it was a good Replace of Exness it seemed but now I doubt the same making me question to use it again or not.
Trash garbage agent. I’ve been a client I just don’t want to tell you my account or else you will block. The key is to keep trading until I get my money back and then delete this trash trading XM app. I don’t need to provide you with anything your bad reviews says it all!. Just today all the positions I took was being read and monitored by your scam company to make sure we lose our trade. I am extremely frustrated with XM. You are holding my funds and blocking my withdrawal requests. I have complied with your 'Source of Wealth' verification: I uploaded my Land Use Rights Certificate (Red Book) but it was rejected. I uploaded my Labor Contract on Dec 31, 2025. It has been over 10 days, yet the status remains 'Pending' without any update. This delay is unacceptable. Please review my documents and process my withdrawal immediately. I'm really surprised on how low the rating is here. A lot of spam I think... For almost 2 years now, I have nothing but good things to say about XM. I've tried several brokers (FXPro, AvaFx, Pluss500, IG etc.), and they are one of the fastest when it comes to processing. Payouts to GCash or Maya are usually processed within an hour during working hours. They also have a good selection of instruments and accounts.

This happened years ago when I was new to trading and didn’t fully understand the bonus conditions. I attempted a withdrawal, it was rejected, and my account was permanently banned and blacklisted. I’ve contacted support multiple times since, but I’m always told the decision is final. Even if I mistakenly violated a rule, issuing a lifetime ban without any prior warning or proportional action is excessive. The platform itself is fine, but their handling on small mistakes is overly harsh and unreasonable.
