I was simply told to “read our terms and conditions.” When I questioned why such a high fee was applied without notice, the representative accused me of using “abusive language.” Asking a legitimate question about unfair charges is considered abusive by XM—clearly, they don’t value customer feedback or fairness. This feels like a scam. A $15 fee on a $52.80 withdrawal is excessive and predatory. If you’re considering XM, stay far away. There are better, more transparent brokers out there who won’t surprise you with hidden fees and then gaslight you when you ask for clarity. Third class broker

In 2020 i got slippage on gold 10USD movment price. I supposed to be a "Vip" client with account manager, he didn't reply my rmail for more than 2 moths now and all is about the slippage i get in every position on gold. Stay away from this company otherwise expect 100usd slippage on gold per lot. Today i had realised pl -900 USD and the -300 USD occur from slippage. If you try to reach them out by live chat they will always tell you the same template they have without investigate. Sometimes they tell you they will reply by email and after couple of weeks of waitting they give tou again the same answer. DONT EXPECT any compensation from that company even if you got slipped 1000 usd. If XM believe am a lier i have proof of everything and i dare them to prove mr wrong .

XM is a scam. Twice I've had the same experience. I've been on gold trade in profit overall both in the Equity and Balance section, however once I close in a profit clearly seen in my balance, XM automatically deduct my entire profits. Today is the second time I'm experiencing such outrageous issue with a broker. If I place a trade and open several position, it doesn't matter if two of those positions are in loss, so long I'm in profit, the total balance should reflect how much I've made from the profit minus the loss. But XM WILL USE THE LOSS AS A COVER TO WIPE MY ACCOUNT. IT SEEMS I'M TRADING FOR THE COMPANY INSTEAD OF MYSELF. I reported a case where I was on a trade with profit of over $1000 later there was a drop to $800 because of some position where in the red. Clearly i had profits after I closed but the SCAM of a company clearly cleaned my entire funds with an excuse of I didn't close the losses first when my equity and balance was in blue. Today I had the same misfortune. I cleary was in profit of $900 on gold trade. The same thing happened, i closed all the positions in profit first to secure a good balance and then later moved to close the ones in loss but these scammers literally cleared all my profits. My advice to anyone. Avoid these guys. You're better with other firm.

The worst experience and the worst platform in terms of support. The first problem was that I took a screenshot and made a transfer, and it turned out the chain wasn't supported. I lost $500 because of them. Yesterday, my sister's account opened a trade and she won, but the trading closed early without any prior warning. They didn't send any notification about the change in trading hours until the next day. Now my sister has lost $1000, while she only made $500 during the closing. When the market opened, it was delayed, and she couldn't sell at her initial investment. I have all the evidence to prove this. My advice: this platform is unreliable, and the reviews confirm it.

This company has worst customer service ever. My money is stucked . After getting all required documents and getting verification done on phone call as well my account manager informed me after three weeks that I can withdrawal. When I submitted they send email my case is still on review. Very bad costmr care agent. I snd my documents for verification and i contact to costmr service a lot of time but everytime they send me same msg. After waiting 1 week my account can't be verified then i choose dooprime broker and same documents approved on dooprime within a minute.

I explained that I am a housewife and do not have a personal bank account, and they never required one when I initially opened my account. It became clear they were just trying to make the process impossible. In the end, I left my money behind and walked away. My advice to everyone: stay far away from this company. I uploaded everything and informed you that I do not possess a bank account. You approved all the documents I submitted, yet you keep insisting on a bank statement. This makes no sense because: 1- I have never used a bank transfer for deposits or withdrawals (I use USDT). 2- A bank statement was never requested when I opened the account. 3- My identity and the source of the USDT transfer are already proven and approved by you. Why request a document I don't have for a payment method I don't use? This is a detailed review about XM. I was using XM from last almost 1 year+. Everything was going beautiful, Spreads, Withdrawal and serverup time. everything was good. But everything changed in November, i had multiple trades open 1 was in loss and 3 was in massive profit. Suddenly, i got a Email from XM that my account is terminated due to "Thirdparty Usage". I sent multiple request to check again because i am doing trading personally myself. and even i have travelled to other locations. i requested them to even check the IP Addresses and MAC addresses of my device but every time they are saying. "we can not share the details. Our decision is Final". As a proffesional trader i wanted more than 2 week for this to be sorted but XM have no interest on it. so, i am leaving review here for SCAM/Fraud. they have deducted all of my profit which have made and also deducted my deposit amount and not sharing any kind of information. ⭐ 1/5 – Avoid at all costs Deposits are instant, but withdrawals are a nightmare. My withdrawal was delayed with endless excuses, and support kept asking for new documents just to stall. As soon as I became profitable, my account was suddenly flagged for “abuse” with no evidence, funds frozen, and no clear explanation given. Customer service is useless and contradicts itself. This broker clearly doesn’t want to pay winning clients. Untrustworthy and unethical.

They have been worst lately. Withdrawals are taking more than a day to get approved and when you ask their customer support, they are helpless and only give you generic answers as if they are a robot. I had a very bad experience with XM regarding a UPI deposit. On 13 October 2025, I made a ₹3,000 UPI payment which was successfully debited from my bank account. I have provided UTR number, transaction screenshots, bank statement, date, time, and beneficiary name multiple times. Despite sharing all valid proofs, the amount has neither been credited to my trading account nor refunded till now. XM support keeps asking for an unmasked UPI ID, which is technically impossible because Indian UPI apps (like PhonePe) automatically mask UPI IDs for security reasons. This is not something a user can control. Support response has been very slow and unhelpful, and there is no proper resolution even after repeated follow-ups. I expected much better handling from a reputed broker like XM. I hope XM resolves this issue quickly and improves its support process for Indian UPI users.

ID mt4 : 120037951 I deposited funds and used an EA to trade on a VPS, with the aim of checking if the platform's spread was suitable for my trading style. When the EA opened three 0.01 lot trades on two currency pairs, USDCHF and USDJPY, all had a take-profit (TP) of 10 pips! They then removed my bonus, claiming I abused it! Very disappointing :)
