Based on my one year of dedicated trading experience with XM, I have found deposits and withdrawals to be generally smooth and reliable. On rare occasions, there were slight delays, but these were resolved promptly and never took a full day. My experience with the help center and support agents has been positive. The previous version of the platform was simple, fast, and easy to use. The newer version feels much more complicated and difficult to understand. #krypto #Mining. Not everything profitable is trending. Opportunity has remained steady and dependable, and even with a recent start, the returns have been impressive.

have been dealing with XM for several months regarding the estate account of my late brother, for which I am the legally appointed Executor with an official Letter of Authority issued by the South African High Court. Despite providing every required document — certified IDs, proof of residence, death certificate, will, affidavit, and the official Letter of Authority — XM keeps delaying the process with no timeline, no progress, and no meaningful updates. Support responds with the same message every time: “We have escalated your documents to the relevant department.” This has been said for months with no actual result, while internal fees continue being deducted from the deceased’s account. This level of delay is unacceptable, especially in a sensitive estate matter where compliance documents have been fully provided. XM needs to improve transparency, communication, and efficiency when handling legally straightforward estate withdrawals.

My account no:400714858 I submitted a $30 USD withdrawal on 30th November 2025. Status changed to “Processed” on the same day and I received the usual email saying funds have been sent to the payment processor. Today is 12th December — that’s 12 full days later — and the money has still not reached my bank account. My bank confirmed no incoming transaction on their side. I have contacted XM support multiple times: Live chat keeps saying “it can take up to 5-10 business days with some processors” (but nowhere is this written clearly before withdrawing) Tickets get generic replies asking me to “please wait” $30 is not a huge amount, but the lack of transparency and super slow processing is unacceptable in 2025. Many other brokers credit within 24-48 hours. I expected better from a broker with CySEC regulation. Right now I just feel stuck and ignored. Hoping the money arrives soon, but this experience has seriously damaged my trust. Mood: 😞💔

Biggest scam, deposited some money then wanted to withdraw it my payments to my card got denied, my card was a prepaid one and banks in my region donot provide bank card payout, the xm team clearly refused to give me another method of payout like wire or crypto just because I am from east africa.now I donot have any other option other than to forget my money.

I was requested to send transaction details in October for my XRP FUNDS to be recovered and was told the process will take up to 60days, and currently after the 60 days elapsed no one is responding to my emails.

XM is the biggest scam broker I’ve ever seen in my life. I lost $200 on a verified account – withdrawal request pending for weeks, then suddenly they mark it “completed” but nothing hits my wallet. Support is pure garbage: same copy-paste lies every day “we sent it, check spam, contact your bank”. No transaction hash, no proof, nothing. They just steal your money and laugh. I have screenshots, emails, chat logs – everything proves they’re lying. These criminals are running a licensed scam under CySEC cover and robbing people daily. If you deposit here, kiss your money goodbye. Worst experience ever. I’m reporting them to every regulator, every forum, every YouTube channel until they’re shut down. Stay away from XM – literal thieves in suits. Biggest regret of my trading life

I requested a withrawl of 525 usd which didnt get process and the support team kept on saying to me that wait for 5 days. After 5 days they told me that the issue is with my bank and I just have to wait. No further response was given. Pathetic Service

I deposited $100 into XM and traded normally, but when I requested a withdrawal, they showed “processed” without actually sending anything. The money never reached my bank, and it didn’t return to my trading account either. My $100 simply disappeared with no explanation. Their support team only replies with copy-paste messages and provides zero real help. They advertise regulation and trust, but my real experience was extremely disappointing. Withdrawals are delayed, suspicious, and not reliable at all. The platform also feels manipulated and unprofessional

They are saying they given all details for the nullyfication of my profit, but they doesnt anything, they just told in their important notice that, i am connected with the blocked cilent there for we are nullifying profits,, they doeant give cany details regarding the issue, if i asking anything they spamming same answer for everything i think they are not even reading out complaint such a waste support team, forget about all this i have only 4 relevant question and i need these answer and i have that right because i am here aggrieved you guys nullified my 2000 plus profit without a proper reason or right to be heard, The questions are: 1.who is the blocked cilent 2. they state KYC takes around 48 hours, after sending all required documents its been a month and no progress on the matter, no guidelines whether to submit better documents and i have to be begging for updates. If you value your funds i recommend keeping away from this platform.

This company is terrible. I opened an unauthorized trade and lost $31,200. When I provided several pieces of evidence, they closed my account and told me it had been hacked, and I didn't receive any compensation.

I deposited 50,000 INR before 1 week but it is not credited to my account, I keep on chasing since last week i have given proof of payment. Submitted twice in whose account it is credited and from which account debited how much amount and date also but. I have also shared proof of payment but they again and again asking same thing. I can submit all proofs as here. if somebody wants to see. My trading account number is my account number is 321663885. Date of Payment 28.11.2025.

XM.com has been an absolute nightmare for me. Their spreads are ridiculously high, far worse than what they advertise. Every single time I tried to open a trade, it opened 3–5 points later, instantly putting me at a loss before the trade even started. This is NOT normal slippage — it feels intentional and totally unacceptable for a so-called “top broker.” Execution is painfully slow, charts don’t match actual order behavior, and the whole platform feels manipulated. If you value your money, avoid XM at all costs. There are plenty of brokers out there with honest spreads and fair execution — XM is definitely not one of them.

I had a very bad experience with XM today. I am currently waiting for their investigations, but based on the reviews am seeing here, I don't think there is anything good that will come. I started using XM, this year. I had a very experience with their app, never had any challenges with withdrawals. The withdrawals were instant. I was happy with XM to the extend that I was recommending it to many of my friends and colleagues. However, today I learnt a very lesson, never trust anyone with money. I deposited $100, and traded it to $200, . I then deposited another $300, to make it a capital of $500. During the course of this week, I traded the $500 to $900. Last night 04/12/25, I successfully withdrew $200. To my surprise today morning 05/12/25, trades were being opened automatically with very big lot size I never used before. 0.31, 0.1 and 0.05. The maximum lot size I was using is 0.03. Some trades were being stopped out, others I closed manually. Within seconds, I lost $700. I notified one of the XM support team, and told me to make a deposit. Soon after the deposit, the positions started opening again. I lost all my money. I hope XM you are not the one who was deliberately opening these positions. And to set the record straight, my account was not hacked. I never share my password or login details with anyone. I have deposited 15k and 3k same day via online banking to the account of UNIKKY TREDING PRIVATE LIMITED the vendor from XM given to deposit for trading account. Amount of 15k received in my trading account after I submitted my bank statement but till now I didn't not received 3k amount in my trading account. Continually I am contacting them and they only ask for proof of payment details, time , date , (from - to) . I already submitted my bank account statement where it's clearly see that amount debited from my account to the UNIKEEY TREDING PRIVATE LIMITED account with time and date...still repeatedly they asking for proof. In india if bank provide bank statement this is a proof and all details are there, but I don't know these guys can't see that. They don't even check with there vendor and there statements..if I have option here to share pdf or screenshot everyone can see that...this is really frustrating and feel like scammed... Kapil ninawe I getting mails from your side that deposited amount has credited in my account but they don't see amount that deposited with upi id that was deposited in my account but amount 3k deposited with online banking didn't receive in my account...I don't know what they are looking for I have submitted my statement also but don't see... kindly ask your executive to check properly with your vendors statement..

A few weeks ago, I deposited 99 dollars into my account and opened a position of 0.30 lots. The trade went well and closed with a profit of roughly 333 dollars. When I tried to withdraw the amount, the request was declined without any explanation. Shortly after that, I received an email asking for a bank statement and a live face verification for security checks. I completed both right away. The following day, I was asked to provide a screen recording of my crypto wallet as an additional verification step. I submitted that as well. Since then, there has been complete silence. No confirmation, no update, nothing to indicate whether my withdrawal is being reviewed or if more information is required. I’ve worked with several brokers over the years, and I’ve never encountered a verification process that drags on this long, especially after providing every document requested. I chose XM because of its reputation for being professional and straightforward, which is why this situation is quite discouraging. This is my first ever withdrawal attempt with XM, and the experience hasn’t been reassuring. for the first time of register and open the account , the broker reject me and i wonder this broker do business with alien or what ? they don't even ask about your detail and your document and what so ever i only got this email saying Further to your application for the opening of a trading account with XM, we regret to inform you that your application has been rejected. Xm scammed with holding my funds which i deposited. I deposited 1000$ with crypto and made some trades, overall i ended up with 1200$ and when i went for withdraw, they took my to different verificatins (even though my account was fully verfied with documents before i even took 1st trade). Now its been 5 days they keep rejecting my withdraw requests and i get a feel they are trying to fraud, but i wont sit and follow it everywhere online untill i get my funds back. Note : i will keep updating this review based on how their support resolve the matter. Update: their support said they will process the withdraw of my funds to my designated bank account . I will update the review once I receive my funds
