I have been using XM and overall found that withdrawal approvals are sometimes instant, while other times they take up to 24 hours even when the request is simple. They also advertise no fees on crypto deposits/withdrawals, which is good, but the minimum withdrawal amount of 50 USDT is noticeably higher than most brokers. However, the biggest disappointment I’ve faced is with customer support, especially regarding a recent deposit issue. On 25 November, I made two USDT (BEP-20) deposits to the same XM address: 1. Intended deposit made through the Members Area (50 USDT) — this was credited normally. 2. A second accidental deposit, sent directly from my wallet without generating a deposit request — and this one was NOT credited. I provided XM with all details, including TXID, sender/receiver addresses, date, amount, and full screenshots. But for 4 days straight, support kept sending the same generic replies, completely ignoring the clear explanation and the proof I submitted. They keep repeating that there is “only one deposit” even though I have repeatedly shown the second accidental transaction on their address. This level of support is unacceptable for a broker of XM’s size. I am simply asking them to refund or manually credit the accidental deposit — a very standard request when a crypto deposit is made without a deposit order. I hope this review finally gets someone from their payments or technical department to properly read the case and resolve it. Update: even after multiple follow ups no response is recieved live chat gives same generic assurance that once investigation will begin you matter will be resolved within 24-48h

They are fraudulent and scam . I made profits with trading and on withdrawal day they closed my account and instead of sending my money they asked for documents , I provided then and they approved documents but still when I request withdrawl they cancel it always. They are total fraud

They blocked my account and froze my $757 withdrawal without any valid reason. They accused me of ‘credit abuse’ even though the accounts they mentioned weren’t even mine. If this can happen to me, imagine what they can do to new traders. Be careful who you trust with your money.

As many of my predecessors have already written, this company is fraudulent, and systematically so. Bank deposits are not credited to the trading account. Withdrawals are subject to a 15% fee deducted from the withdrawal amount. The communication is unprofessional and fraudulent. You're being taken for a fool. Consult a lawyer or, even better, file a complaint with the Cypriot Securities and Exchange Commission. A company like this should have its license revoked.

What RAZZAK Tailor wrote is true. This company is fraudulent. Deposits to the Euro account at XM's Greek bank are not credited to the XM trading account. Even proof (bank statements) is useless. This company sends emails stating that the missing amount has been credited to the account. Upon checking, you'll find that nothing has been credited. Even after repeatedly requesting that the amount finally be credited, you're treated like an idiot and asked to provide all the information again in a new email. My lawyer is involved. I can only advise you to steer clear of this fraudulent company.

Scammers and thieves I made an account and then deposited 100$ just to try it out, i made 200$ in profit in trades, I requested withdrawal they first terminated the account, demanded impossible to obtain documents and after a day or two they even revoked my profits back to 100$, LOL and then refused even to refund the original amount i deposited. DONT SAY I DIDNT WARN YOU

XM doesn’t deserve the label “broker.” Their entire platform is designed to rip off traders. Candles are manipulated, prices are rigged, and the system is engineered so you cannot win. Every profit you think you’ve made can disappear in an instant because they control the charts. Withdrawals are a nightmare, often delayed or blocked for trivial excuses, and their customer support is a joke—useless unless you want scripted responses. This is theft, plain and simple. They lure you in with promises of trading opportunities and then systematically take your money. If you value your funds, your sanity, and honest trading, stay far away from XM. Using this platform is signing up to be scammed.

I have been promoting XM on my YouTube and Telegram for years (Affiliate ID: A1142355). I brought real clients, real traffic, and real business to this broker. But today, I genuinely feel I made a big mistake trusting their partnership department. For the last 4 days, their entire team has been completely unresponsive. No WhatsApp reply. No email reply (ib@xm) No response from my partnership manager Mr. Nikhil ( neither whatapp no email , tried 3-4 times emailing , also requesting support to inform for call ) , and not even a single acknowledgment from the partnership head Mr. Kashyap. It literally feels like the whole partnership team has disappeared. Meanwhile, clients are facing withdrawal and deposit issues, and support replies like a robot, giving scripted lines without solving anything. As an IB, I’m the one who faces the pressure and complaints while XM remains silent. I run social platforms, and this review is only the first warning. If my account manager still doesn’t respond, I will start posting every case publicly and I will officially stop promoting this broker. I supported XM for years, but the way they ignore partners now is extremely disappointing. A clear warning for any upcoming IB: Do not bring your big or serious clients here. Once an issue occurs, you might be stuck begging for replies for days, exactly like I am right now. Their system is slow. Managers are not accountable. And deposit/withdrawal issues are becoming a pattern.

No payment recorded. The deposit was made via bank transfer in Euro. SEPA. The transfer was confirmed by my bank. All confirmations were sent to XM via email. And they've been coming up with new excuses for the past three days. The matter will be reported to the Dutch police and investigated with the help of my bank. I generally advise against working with XM. EDIT : On November 18, I reported the matter to my bank, which was very helpful, and to the police. However, on November 19, an employee contacted me on Trustpilot.com asking for my XM account details. Literally 11 minutes later, the amount of EUR 2,000 appeared on my account. I will let you know how XM will react when withdrawing this money. My trust in them is very limited for now. It took them 9 days to record the payment of 2,000 euros and all this in the 21st century EDIT 2: I made a withdrawal request and the money was paid out and I received it in my bank account within 48 hours Despite the happy ending for me, please think carefully before depositing money into XM.

Save yourself from stress by staying away from this company when you start making money you become a threat to them when I lost they don’t have any problem with that but when I started making profit they blocked my account with actual money and profit but ….……… I refused to let them go away with my money filed a complaint and got everything back within few days. This company stole my money. They never deposited my $71, even though I’ve deposited with them over 100 times before. I almost sent $7,000 — thank God I didn’t, because these people are straight-up frauds. Their “support” is a joke. They keep telling me to email them, but I’ve been emailing for 5 days with ZERO response. I’ve sent over 20 emails and they’re completely ignoring me. Now they’re making excuses about a “wrong tag,” which is total BS. I know exactly how their system works — they just don’t want to return my money. I’m telling everyone: DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They are deceitful and untrustworthy! This is the second time I’m reviewing XM after not receiving any response from them the first time! My MT5 account number is #82723351. I deposited $1,100 into this account and received a bonus. After trading, I made a profit of $5,019.20. However, when I requested a withdrawal, my request was rejected, and I later received an email stating that I had violated the rules — yet no evidence of any violation was provided by XM. After that, all of my profits were removed, and my account balance was reset to only my initial deposit of $1,100. At this point, I decided to stop cooperating with XM and requested to withdraw my remaining funds ($1,100). I was told to reverify my identity. I provided all necessary documents, including ID photos, bank statements, and a selfie video with date and ID shown clearly. It has now been almost one month, and I have not received any response from your back office team. I also contacted the Vietnam customer support team, but they could not help and only told me to keep waiting for the back office. Because of this unreasonable delay and the unjustified removal of my profits, XM has seriously affected my time and financial flow. I am preparing a formal complaint and legal report to request that XM compensate me for the damages caused by this issue. I request an immediate response and resolution regarding the release of my original deposit and a full explanation for the confiscation of my profits.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I made a deposit through Ozow, the funds immediately left my bank account, and I provided all requested proof — bank statements, confirmation of payment, everything. Despite this, my deposit has still not been allocated. Support confirmed that the money left my account and never returned, yet I’m now on day three waiting for funds that should have reflected instantly. Ozow is a payment gateway and does not hold funds, so there is no reason for this delay. *Edit* My money was eventually refunded. Thank you to Oleksandra, I maintain that the general client services is bad.

I had a very disappointing experience with the XM platform. I sent a different quantity than the one I declared on their system, and I contacted their support several times to fix the issue. It has been two weeks, and they still haven’t provided any solution or serious response. The platform does not take responsibility for their mistakes, and their customer support is extremely poor. Initially, I was making money and receiving payouts. However, one day I was up around 16k and was about to withdraw when I received an email informing me that I had created an account with them a long time ago and had broken their rules. Consequently, they wouldn’t be paying out. Interestingly, all my other withdrawals they never mentioned this “old account”, except for this one. When it was a decent sum of money Frankly, I wouldn’t recommend this platform, but if you decide to use it, please exercise extreme caution. (At least they gave my deposited money, but they kept the profits for themselves.)
