Making a withdrawal is an issue with Xlence processes. Funded my account via credit card, £250, no problem. Made a small profit and wanted to withdraw it to check the withdrawal process having seen issues mentioned in Trustpilot. However, the withdrawal value must be at least $100. Tried to withdraw my deposit and profit. Deposit refunded no problem but small profit has to be via bank transfer, crypto or Skrill etc. My bank, NatWest does not recognise the UK bank Xlence use for bank transfer, Equals Money plc, London and only provides IBAN and Swift details not account or sort code numbers. The Singapore bank want to make charges for transfers. So basically I have to open a crypto wallet or Skrill account to get my profits OR forget the profits and let Xlence keep the money. I would avoid Xlence as a broker and use a more reputable one that enables simpler withdrawals.
After trading profit they took my money After trading normally on XLence and making profits on XAUUSD, my account was suddenly flagged after I became profitable. XLence cancelled my profits and accused me of price latency arbitrage, even though: all my trades were manual I used no EA, no bots, no automated tools I traded only on the prices shown on their own platform Their justification was based on so-called “LP Prices” which are internal prices that clients cannot see or access. As a client, I had no way to compare or exploit any “price differences” I simply executed trades at the prices XLence themselves quoted and confirmed. Despite this, they refused to honor the profits and relied on vague clauses in their Terms & Conditions (7.22 / 32.4), without providing clear evidence or proof of abuse. What makes this more concerning is that I later found multiple other users reporting the exact same issue: profits made on gold (XAUUSD), followed by accusations of arbitrage and profit cancellation. Based on my experience, XLence appears fine until you become profitable then problems start. I would strongly advise traders to be very cautious.
This is a fraudulent broker. I had a problem depositing funds and struggled to resolve it due to their terrible support. I deposited $500 and lost about $150. I'm trying to withdraw my remaining balance, but I keep getting an automatic rejection, and they claim my account is under review. This problem has been going on for four months, and they keep lying, saying my account is under review and withholding my remaining capital.
Scam broker - BEWARE! Even though I told their agents I was using a Bot to trade, they allowed trading for three months before they sent an email saying my trading didn't conform with their T's and C. They then suspended my a/c and withdrew my entire profits. I had to wait to withdraw my capital for them to un-suspend the a/c and then they took over a week to pay the capital back. This has been very annoying and stressful. What happened to my thousands of pounds worth of profits? I'm sure the company have retained them rather than paying them back. Which reeks of a scam company. AVOID at all costs.
I am satisfied with their service but maybe it could be better when new members join, I was completely new and I needed more guidance in the beginning that I didn’t get. Just a suggestion, maybe some short videos with instructions in the FAQ area or some link to YT videos, some short video course or similar. I have also a 5 stars fir their employee Alex, he helped me a lot with all my so called problems 👍🏻

I've being with xlence for 2 months now and every process is been smoothly, and taken care of very quickly, payment process is fast no more than 72 hours! I've got a call from the management team just to follow up on the progress and to see if I have any questions, overall I'm very very happy with the broker!!!
Have been using for about 2+ months now. Platform is easy to set up. Instant deposit. Great they have an account manager assigned to assist in queries who is also caring for my trading needs. He is also helpful to provide market analysis. Spread is not as tight as some other brokers. Experienced some slippage in stoploss and take profit trades.
I’m not an experienced trader I started out last September 2025 copy trading been scammed 4 times now , been with horrific copy traders that haven’t explained things proper lot size risk management etc, so blown multiple small accounts learning ! I decided to get a mentor and I’m learning from scratch to mark up the charts myself and learn a strategy! While I’m learning I’m still copy trading I was introduced to this broker for my smaller deposit though the copy signal mentor/group! Problems from day one, like I said I’m not a pro but I know when my figures are being manipulated and when I enter at trade at a certain entry this broke slips it which ever way I’m pal I g buy or sell so straight away I’m loosing! Very strange when I loose a trading back in and take a look and it’s not theSL I’ve placed. The account blew my deposit but still let me trade with the deposit contribution as equity I haven’t been using it but now I’m placing my own trades I thought I’d try placing a trade just to see , same thing entered me different to where I executed and changed my stop loss ! Stay away scammers! I told my mentor but they said they have no control over broker and al broker are different remember they benefit the mentors and that’s where they earn with a just a number I can’t even be bothered anymore to fight this situations no point so many of them around I’m marking up and winning my own trades now anyway Stay away
XLence broker is an absolute scam! I earned $13,500, and instead of paying me, they suspended my account with no valid explanation. Their excuse? Apparently, “weak internet connection at home.” This is absurd and outrageous – it’s not the user’s fault if their platform can’t function properly. Customer support is useless and dismissive, constantly shifting blame and refusing to resolve the issue. This broker does not respect clients, refuses to pay profits, and does everything to steal your money. If you think investing with XLence is safe – think again. This is a classic scam, and I warn everyone to keep their money far away from them. Bottom line: If you value your money and sanity, stay far away from XLence broker! If anyone is interested in more details, feel free to contact me by email and I can prove everything I wrote. And of course this goes to court. Regarding your answer on trustpilot - My account number is 628642 Milos Stevanovic email - I wrote to support and you will not solve the case. I want to submit everything to prove that it is not my fault, but you refuse to do so. I know that I am not guilty and I did not violate anything on purpose. The internet connection is like that in my house and it's not up to me and I didn't use any robots as you say. You closed an account with a profit of $13,500 and refuse to pay. Started with about $2,500, mostly indices and XAUUSD. One withdrawal of $1,200 went through in 24 hours. Support helped with my questions.
Payments have been simple. Deposits gone through immediately and withdrawal arrive within a day. Very smooth experience.

After getting through my first withdrawal, everything became straightforward. I mainly use bank transfer, which works reliably for me. so the withdrawal process has been smooth.
Trading worked normally at first and I was able to make profits. When my profit reached around $40,000, I successfully withdrew about $2,500, which went through without issues. After that,the remaining balance was adjusted, but had some questions about the withdrawing methods and which of them in which situation can I use, which caused confusion and frustration. Support communication was ok, and the situation was handled in the end. Trading itself was fine, but account management and explanations could have been better. Overall, not a scam in my case, but definitely room for improvement.
I trade gold with a $1,000 balance, made steady profits and withdrew without issues. Internal transfer was processed and payout arrived after a few days since I needed to withdraw on my bank account. Smooth experience for me.

If you’re going to read any review about Xclence let it be this one. Everything seemed fine until a few trades I took I was stopped out even though I hit TP, when I checked the TP numbers were different to what I had initially put when placing the trade so I lost thousands in profit. First time I thought it might’ve been a glitch but it happened a few times. Started to do some research and saw the shocking reviews of the fraud that is Xclence. At this point I decided to withdraw my money, I attempted to withdraw and they said you can only withdraw the deposit amount first before withdrawing the rest. I’ve attempted to withdraw my money 15 times now maybe more, ive spoken with them on live chat and email with just useless customer service. They say the same thing “you have the wrong details” or “you need to use the same method as the way you deposited the initial funds” I’ve done both of those things used the exact same method as they advised to withdraw my money, and continue to get declined. The new response is “you can’t withdraw with a bank transfer only card” … they don’t even give me the option to withdraw with card payment. Big scam. Find a registered broker in your country not some scam company based in Seychelles were the laws are very loose. I’ve already reached out to multiple departments in the Seychelles to report them and working with them now. It’s been over a month trying to retrieve my profit, even just the deposit amount and no luck.
Total scammers my account was up to £15000.00 I tried to withdraw £6000. and they said I had broken the bonus rules even though a week before they quite clearly stated I couldn’t get a bonus on the deposit I put in but I could continue trading . They are a complete shower and need to be reported to their governing body , if anyone has had the same problem and issues please come forward as I will put your evidence forward with mine thanks .
SCAMMERS, AVOID AT ALL COST. My account was up $5000 USD. I couldn’t log into my account to make a withdrawal and they just kept giving me excuses. Even though I had written my password down and tried many times to get the pin code. It’s bullshit. I am so pissed off that I can’t access my money even though I’ve traded and won. Stay away from this trading platform.

Profits exceeding €2,500 were to be paid out to my wallet so that I could transfer them to my account, but this was canceled. Market openings were suddenly executed at the wrong price by up to 100 points, etc. All profits were canceled and accounts closed. Alleged price deviations (in favor of the trade) for which no retail trader is responsible, only the broker. Stay away. Scammers at work! They don't pay out larger profits!
Xlence is a good broker with a clear and easy-to-use platform and fair trading conditions. I especially appreciate the support from Michalis Christodoulou, who is always available and truly cares. I feel well supported here.
I’ve been using Xlence for the last year and a half now and never had an issue. Deposits usually go in within half an hour, and any withdrawls seem to be in my bank within 48 hours. I’ve had some good help and information from Michalis, and he is always on the other end of the line when I need assistance. I would recommend Xlence to anyone that wants to start trading.

I am very satisfied with the broker and especially with my account manager Michalis Christodoulou. He resolves problems quickly and reliably, both with deposits and withdrawals. There is also a wide range of indicators available, which makes trading much easier. Suggestion for improvement: An integrated size calculator would be very helpful, so you can immediately see how much a Take Profit or Stop Loss is worth in money. At the moment, I always have to calculate this separately. Michalis is a very kind and patient account manager. At other brokers, I often experienced constant phone calls – and I hate talking on the phone, especially because it’s hardly possible due to my dogs. I understand that phone contact can feel more personal, but for me, it just doesn’t work. That’s why I really appreciate that Michalis is not pushy. Every beginner trader has their own style and pace to understand the basics – and with him, you never feel pressured. When you have questions, he always tries to help quickly.
