I sent money in and still haven't received anything, even though it's been a long time. I also asked for a small return months ago and nothing happened. And more recently, I requested another payout and still nothing has been done. I'm really frustrated and feel ignored. #StovexGlobal #Inc brings a fresh structure. Since I joined, the progress has been steady and payments have come through every time.

Want Weltrade available in Jamaica because is a good platform to trade with , I checked it out & it's not available in Jamaica & the visa debit card isn't available to so please try & sort it out ok

Very Poor Service and Unacceptable Delays I made a deposit to Weltrade on 21 December 2025 and, despite sending my bank statements at least five times, the issue has still not been resolved. There has been no meaningful feedback, no urgency, and no accountability from their support team. This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially when it comes to handling client funds. Repeatedly requesting the same documents without taking action shows a lack of professionalism and efficiency. Communication is poor, and the problem is simply being ignored. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Weltrade to anyone looking for a reliable and responsive trading platform. Trust and customer support are critical in this industry, and Weltrade has failed badly on both. Thank you for your response. Saying that the team is “already working on it” does not explain the long delay, the lack of clear communication, or why the ticket was closed while the issue is still outstanding. I have still not received a proper explanation, confirmation, or timeline regarding my funds. I expect this matter to be handled urgently and transparently, with a clear resolution instead of generic replies. Update – Issue Resolved After Significant Delay Update for transparency: My deposit has now been credited and is available for trading. However, this resolution came after a long delay, multiple submissions of the same documents, poor communication, and my support ticket being closed without an outcome. The issue was only resolved after repeated follow-ups and public escalation. While I appreciate that the matter is finally resolved, the overall handling of the situation was frustrating and could have been managed far better. I am updating this review to reflect the final outcome, but I believe it’s important for other traders to be aware of the process I experienced.

In a recent situation, several of my orders were closed at a price level that does not appear on the price chart. More than 2 days to make a deposit. Funds get lost between the broker and the payment agents. No one takes responsibility. Ping pong. Vague timelines for resolution. Watch your money. Deposit small sums and withdraw at your earliest opportunity. Do not use KoraPay and if possible use a different broker.

They're thieves. This broker withdrew $528 from my account. It wasn't a hack because they didn't change my password or username; I even had an open trade. This broker is going downhill fast and is continuing to steal from its traders.

Guys avoid weltrade at all cost at first they seem to be okay but then you make a deposit and they will never credit it there are many others brokers that offer synthetics indices... They are scammers for real and to make it worse when you try to reach them you talk to AI ...RUN away while you can or make the same mistake then you'll come here to cry with us.

Weltrade is a complete scam! I deposited £251 and my account was not credited. Weltrade went ahead to close my account and claim they have refunded my money up an account that they closed. I am still in the battle for my refund

I withdraw yesterday at 14:39 CAT still my withdrawal is on Processing. I made withdrawals before but receive it instantly what is the hold up. I don't get any clear answer I'm waiting a full 24hours now. I'm very very disappointed The agents don't even reply effectively. Today I'm reporting this broker

This broker is thief, dont join this broker, i deposit 200, dollars and want to withdraw my money and this is what they are telling me. These guys are rookies they can never give you a clear answer to why your withdraws are delayed they alway try to blame the payment processing company, they say they will update you nope they never do unless you reach out to them, ive been trading for 8 years and this can go on my book of top 10 worst brokers. 1 out of 10 times you get your withdraws in 10 - 20min other than that you must wait 5 - 10 days before your withdraw is proccessed, dont expect ANY consistancy from weltrade.

I still didn't get my deposit since Saturday. No any help. I'm deeply hate. We can't keep on texting to the support once a ticket is opened. I wanted to trade. Also how can we refer other people to your platform if it's like this? I will not stop until I get my money I wish if we can be able to attach bad customer care as well 😢

I started trading on Weltrade because of crypto, but I also plan to try forex trading. If it's your first withdrawal and you're worried it's taking too long, that's normal, cause the first withdrawal really takes a while. But the way, I think this is the first broker I've seen that work on contract terms with athletes like Luis Diaz and generally with well-known people. For me, that's a big trust boost. The company invests is its image and reputation.

I have been waiting for Weltrade to grant access to my account after they concluded their investigation into the mysterious withdrawal of my $881. During the investigation process, I was advised to enable two factor authentication, which I did. Upon regaining access to my account yesterday, I realized that two-factor authentication was turned off. This was done by the company, as confirmed via email response. This clearly means customer funds are not safe if the company has the ability to enable and disable security features at will. Again, save yourself the trouble and use a different broker. They advised that they can't reimburse me for the losses I incured. See email below where the Weltrade agent confirmed they turned off the two factor authenticator. Please please be aware of weltrade they are fraud stare I have about $400 I deposited last month it’s being 3 weeks now yet nothing has been poor customer support, they will keep asking you for 1 and same documents still yet at the end nothing will done please avoid them and do well to rate them 1 star ⭐️ where can we report them so that the can bring down their company because I have noticed that they are out for fraud no seriousness at all, don’t mind the kind of reply they will come replying on this massage they are thieves and their customer service will not help you with any valid thing the best they know is to apologize and still not do any thing. shameful fraudulent brokers . Very bad broker today is almost 15 days my withdrawl is still on pending and not approving

After being told that my case was being investigated, and I would hearing something within 5 business days, I had to reach out on the 8th business day. Only to be told there was no update. After checking in again yesterday, I was asked to verify that I was the owner of the account, 8 days after the incident was reported. After providing the reqiested information, I received the below email. EMAIL response from Weltrade reads; "Thank you for your patience and for providing the requested verification document. We completely understand your concern regarding this situation and sincerely regret the inconvenience caused. Please note that your trading account was temporarily blocked and subsequently closed as a security measure to prevent any further unauthorized access or potential hacking attempts. After reviewing the case in detail, we must inform you that the funds in question were already withdrawn before the security block was placed. Unfortunately, as the transaction was completed, those funds are not recoverable. We understand this is disappointing news, but please be assured that the actions taken were aimed at protecting your account and personal information from further compromise. If you have any additional questions or need further clarification, please don’t hesitate to contact us ,we’ll be glad to assist you. They claimed the close my trading account, but up on attemptiing to access the DASHBOARD, I was blocked there too. I have 4.95 one the account and I have been asking for access to remove my funds and no one has been assisting me.. **STAY WAY FROM WELTRADE!!!! Possibility of half a star in this lifetime???!!!! My money went missing while making a deposit with this broker. Money was debited from my bank but never credited into my Weltrade account. They are so good at “Sincerely apologising for any inconvenience” but taking action = 0 effort. Been pleading with them to fix this. Such a nonsense of a broker.

This is one of the worse broker around. Card withdrawal has been down for over almost 2 months now and on their website it keeps saying under maintenance. They have no urgency in getting it rectified. The website always say is should be back by a certain date, only to keep getting push back to a further date . I wouldn't recommend using weltrade

Scam broker i deposit my fund but didn't reflect to my account. I contacted online they can ask me to send proof of payment while i already sent. I didn't receive my fund until today. BiG scam

Weltrade is one of the worst brokers I have ever met. I did copy trading with them, I was having losses and the master account with another broker was making profit, weltrade will close with losses and their spread is very bad. Guys run from them.

I deposited more than 200$ using binance i was able to withdraw my funds and my profit without any issues, i highly recommend using binance pay whenever u want to deposit or withdraw funds. Pros: fast deposit and withdraw ( you should be verified on weltrade ) Cons: verification can take up to 48 hours but the support team will assist you with any issues

I deposited $50.00 to my account. Upon logging into MT5, I realized that weltrade does not offer the indices that I trade. I attempted to withdraw my funds using the card method, it is not available. i tried using binance pay, they rejected my request and withdrew a small fee from my balance claiming that I had breached my terms. I will be getting a lawyer involved and/or making a report to the BBB or any other applicable regulatory body. these people are thieves.

Deposit takes forever to be credited to Trading account. Why? It means if I had a margin call, the account could just blow which happened since yesterday. I deposited and the I have to keep looking fo help to crdi m account. Taking hours and hours. Poor support system.

I want to warn other traders about my terrible experience with Weltrade. On 22 Oct 2025, I deposited $14 via United Bank into the account name “Basit,” exactly as shown on their platform. I have complete proof of payment (bank receipt + screenshots). When I attempted to upload the screenshot for confirmation, their page froze on “loading,” so I immediately submitted a support ticket. Weltrade support told me to wait 72 hours. I waited patiently. Now it has been over 75 hours and my deposit still has not been credited. Their team is unresponsive and keeps giving excuses instead of a real solution. This delay has caused me to miss trades and lose opportunities. Worse, it feels like a scam strategy — taking money and then hiding behind “technical issues” and “verification delays.” If a platform cannot credit a small $14 deposit within 1 day, how can anyone trust them with bigger deposits? ⚠️ My warning to traders: Do not trust Weltrade. They play with people’s money, hide behind excuses, and waste time. I will also be sharing my full proof on social media so others don’t fall for this fraud.
