After being told that my case was being investigated, and I would hearing something within 5 business days, I had to reach out on the 8th business day. Only to be told there was no update. After checking in again yesterday, I was asked to verify that I was the owner of the account, 8 days after the incident was reported. After providing the reqiested information, I received the below email. EMAIL response from Weltrade reads; "Thank you for your patience and for providing the requested verification document. We completely understand your concern regarding this situation and sincerely regret the inconvenience caused. Please note that your trading account was temporarily blocked and subsequently closed as a security measure to prevent any further unauthorized access or potential hacking attempts. After reviewing the case in detail, we must inform you that the funds in question were already withdrawn before the security block was placed. Unfortunately, as the transaction was completed, those funds are not recoverable. We understand this is disappointing news, but please be assured that the actions taken were aimed at protecting your account and personal information from further compromise. If you have any additional questions or need further clarification, please don’t hesitate to contact us ,we’ll be glad to assist you. Warm regards, Weltrade has the worst customer service and lack of empathy for customers. They claimed the close my trading account, but up on attemptiing to access the DASHBOARD, I was blocked there too. I have 4.95 one the account and I have been asking for access to remove my funds and no one has been assisting me.. **STAY WAY FROM WELTRADE!!!! EVEN WITH 2 FACTOR AUTHENTICATION YOUR ACCOUNT IS NOT SAFE WITH THIS BROKER. AND WHEN YOU NEED HELP, YOU WILL MOSTLY GET AUTOMATED RESPONSES. I DO HOWEVER REALIZE THAT THEY CONVENIENTLY RESPOND PROMPTLY TO TRUST PILOT REVIEWS. THEY HAVE EVEN ATTEMPTED TO HAVE MY PREVIOUS TRUST PILOT REVIEW REMOVED.. Possibility of half a star in this lifetime???!!!! My money went missing while making a deposit with this broker. Money was debited from my bank but never credited into my Weltrade account. They are so good at “Sincerely apologising for any inconvenience” but taking action = 0 effort. Been pleading with them to fix this. Such a nonsense of a broker.
This is one of the worse broker around. Card withdrawal has been down for over almost 2 months now and on their website it keeps saying under maintenance. They have no urgency in getting it rectified. The website always say is should be back by a certain date, only to keep getting push back to a further date . I wouldn't recommend using weltrade
Scam broker i deposit my fund but didn't reflect to my account. I contacted online they can ask me to send proof of payment while i already sent. I didn't receive my fund until today. BiG scam
Weltrade is one of the worst brokers I have ever met. I did copy trading with them, I was having losses and the master account with another broker was making profit, weltrade will close with losses and their spread is very bad. Guys run from them.
Alert!Alert! Alert! If you have an account with weltrade quit before you will regret one day.these guys are thieves and scams.when you register newly with their broker things will seem to be going well both withdraw and deposit but after sometime your money will be missing.It has happened to me twice and recently 6days ago,which I reported them here on trustpilot.one of their thief only comes and comment here as though they are legit and they will tell you to email them but nothing will be done.Contact them as many times as you can is AI agent who will be responding to you.This fraudulent broker should be reported to department of cyber security to be closed down as they have continually scammed people of their deposits.Many complains here of thesame act to different individuals.Beware of WELTRADE!
I deposited more than 200$ using binance i was able to withdraw my funds and my profit without any issues, i highly recommend using binance pay whenever u want to deposit or withdraw funds. Pros: fast deposit and withdraw ( you should be verified on weltrade ) Cons: verification can take up to 48 hours but the support team will assist you with any issues
I deposited $50.00 to my account. Upon logging into MT5, I realized that weltrade does not offer the indices that I trade. I attempted to withdraw my funds using the card method, it is not available. i tried using binance pay, they rejected my request and withdrew a small fee from my balance claiming that I had breached my terms. I will be getting a lawyer involved and/or making a report to the BBB or any other applicable regulatory body. these people are thieves.
Deposit takes forever to be credited to Trading account. Why? It means if I had a margin call, the account could just blow which happened since yesterday. I deposited and the I have to keep looking fo help to crdi m account. Taking hours and hours. Poor support system.

I want to warn other traders about my terrible experience with Weltrade. On 22 Oct 2025, I deposited $14 via United Bank into the account name “Basit,” exactly as shown on their platform. I have complete proof of payment (bank receipt + screenshots). When I attempted to upload the screenshot for confirmation, their page froze on “loading,” so I immediately submitted a support ticket. Weltrade support told me to wait 72 hours. I waited patiently. Now it has been over 75 hours and my deposit still has not been credited. Their team is unresponsive and keeps giving excuses instead of a real solution. This delay has caused me to miss trades and lose opportunities. Worse, it feels like a scam strategy — taking money and then hiding behind “technical issues” and “verification delays.” If a platform cannot credit a small $14 deposit within 1 day, how can anyone trust them with bigger deposits? ⚠️ My warning to traders: Do not trust Weltrade. They play with people’s money, hide behind excuses, and waste time. I will also be sharing my full proof on social media so others don’t fall for this fraud.
When I make deposit most of the time doesn't reflect on my MT5 The team doesn't allocated it immediately please help us ASAP How long it will take to get my money on my MT5 why this broker is very poor like this Some of us this is our bread we are whole day so I have deposited yesterday till today I didn't receive my money
Do not use this Broker. They refuse to process visa/mc withdrawal. First they said maintenance will be taking place and you can withdraw on the 19th. The 19th came and then when it’s time to withdraw, they extend it until the 22th, then when the 22nd came today! I immediately withdrew my funds, they canceled it and said maintenance extend until the 28th. This is the worst broker ever. I regret putting any funds on their platform. Whoever runs this or is behind the scene, a time will come for you to answer accordingly. I need my money. Yall are thiefs.

I'm waiting my deposit more than 10 hrs and still have nothing .. the help center is helpless. This is the recurring answer: Dear Daud, Thanks for reaching out to Weltrade Support! Your request has been received, and our team will get back to you within an hour. However please note that some cases may take more time. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to assist you as quickly as possible. They say this but they never contact you back unless you cantact them again and again and when you contact them again the answer is same to the previous answer No New you stuck to wait and wait without any result.
You have a 4.6-star rating on this site (Trustpilot), but other sites don't look so good. See reviews on ForexPeaceArmy and WikiFX. Most issues relate to unfair practices and withholding and delaying withdrawal procedures. PLEASE explain your position in this regard? And please submit proof that their reviews are intentionally meant to discredit Weltrade in any way, if that's your answer.
The withdrawal process is a nightmare. I was lucky my family connected me with people who knew how to handle it otherwise I’d still be stuck. Open to share more.
I’ve been having trouble Making deposit using their mobile money payment methods, it’s been 4 days now. And when you contact their customer service team they just copy a pre written statement and send to without actually going into the account and finding out what wrong. This is very frustrating. It opens quite alright for you to put the amount you want to deposit but when you click the continue button it gives an error message saying “something went wrong, contact the customer support” and you contact the customer service team and they seem like they don’t know what to do.
