When I make deposit most of the time doesn't reflect on my MT5 The team doesn't allocated it immediately please help us ASAP How long it will take to get my money on my MT5 why this broker is very poor like this Some of us this is our bread we are whole day so I have deposited yesterday till today I didn't receive my money

Do not use this Broker. They refuse to process visa/mc withdrawal. First they said maintenance will be taking place and you can withdraw on the 19th. The 19th came and then when it’s time to withdraw, they extend it until the 22th, then when the 22nd came today! I immediately withdrew my funds, they canceled it and said maintenance extend until the 28th. This is the worst broker ever. I regret putting any funds on their platform. Whoever runs this or is behind the scene, a time will come for you to answer accordingly. I need my money. Yall are thiefs.

I'm waiting my deposit more than 10 hrs and still have nothing .. the help center is helpless. This is the recurring answer: Dear Daud, Thanks for reaching out to Weltrade Support! Your request has been received, and our team will get back to you within an hour. However please note that some cases may take more time. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to assist you as quickly as possible. They say this but they never contact you back unless you cantact them again and again and when you contact them again the answer is same to the previous answer No New you stuck to wait and wait without any result.
You have a 4.6-star rating on this site (Trustpilot), but other sites don't look so good. See reviews on ForexPeaceArmy and WikiFX. Most issues relate to unfair practices and withholding and delaying withdrawal procedures. PLEASE explain your position in this regard? And please submit proof that their reviews are intentionally meant to discredit Weltrade in any way, if that's your answer.
The withdrawal process is a nightmare. I was lucky my family connected me with people who knew how to handle it otherwise I’d still be stuck. Open to share more.

I’ve been having trouble Making deposit using their mobile money payment methods, it’s been 4 days now. And when you contact their customer service team they just copy a pre written statement and send to without actually going into the account and finding out what wrong. This is very frustrating. It opens quite alright for you to put the amount you want to deposit but when you click the continue button it gives an error message saying “something went wrong, contact the customer support” and you contact the customer service team and they seem like they don’t know what to do.
