Absolutely rubbish service and wouldn't send a code to withdraw funds. Tried live chat and even gave her a tip but just puckered her lips!! Don't touch with a barge pole!!
Videforex were excellent when I started using them, but they have become absolutely pathetic. 1. They cannot sort out your problems. (Not sure if it's a lack of will, or a bunch of cheaply employed idiots). They sub-contract their service, no wonder it's a mess. 2. I have tried first nicely and respectfully, but after 2 months not even CHASE and TEAM have responded. (Absolutely shocking and I am really annoyed) 3. I have even asked them at FINANCE to refund my full balance of $385.48, and leave with no hard feelings. (After reading a number of reviews, I starting to think they don't even have those funds available) I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YOU TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE. (They are useless and unhelpful) The worst is watch this space, they won't even respond to this review/complaint.

Review: I have been waiting over 4 years for my payout. Every single time I contact support, I receive the same generic excuse – no progress, no timeline, no accountability. This is not just bad service – it’s pure negligence. You take people’s money and then vanish when it’s time to pay. At this point, I can only assume you’re deliberately delaying or outright avoiding payouts. This behavior is unethical, dishonest, and borderline fraudulent. Avoid this company at all costs. SCAM!!! Avoid this broker. They won't even let you withdraw your own funds.. never mind profits. Please do not use this broker as you will loose all your money.

Based on my experience, it's best to steer clear of this company due to their inefficiency, so i filed a complaint to the website on my title/headline and got it all back
I am extremely disappointed with Videforex. After numerous winning trades, I watched in horror as my account was wiped to zero in the background without any clear explanation or justification. This is completely unacceptable for a trading platform that claims to be trustworthy and reliable. TRADE WITH THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK
They don't send any withdrawals, they let you deposit funds and then you will lose every profits made and funds deposited! SCAMMERS!!!!
They use all sort of manipulative tricks to make sure you pay and then disappear into thin air when its time for payment on their side. Accessing my money back was way easier and faster with the help of the bureau Rose Lane GP.

This broker, Videforex, is the most deceitful scammer out there! They refuse to process withdrawals. I contacted them to inquire about withdrawing my profits, and they assured me that it was possible. However, when I actually made a profit, they claimed that I needed to meet certain turnover requirements before I could request a withdrawal. This is a blatant scam! I have proofs that they clearly stated that I could withdraw the amount. I strongly urge you not to use this broker. These individuals are nothing but scammers, so beware!

If I could have given them a 0 rating I would have. This company is a scam, as I have been trying to withdraw my money from since 27th November 2024. Every email I get says I am in queue and they are working on it with no set timeframe or what number I am in that queue. I cannot close the account either until my withdrawal is complete. What a joke! I have been using another platform and been withdrawing my money in a matter of minutes. They need to take down that lie on their site that says "withdrawals in 1hr" It's a LIE!!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM.
