VideForex is not regulated by any recognised financial authority. Its registration as INVOLVA CORP in the Marshall Islands was annulled on 27 May 2022, and the jurisdiction does not license or regulate forex or CFD activity (). National regulators, including France’s AMF, Spain’s CNMV, Italy’s CONSOB, and Canada’s Québec AMF, have issued warnings regarding VideForex (). The Spanish CNMV specifically warns that www.videforex.com (Algobit LTD / VideForex) is not authorised to provide investment services as defined under applicable laws ().
VideForex offers CFDs, forex, binary options and cryptocurrencies via its proprietary web-based trading platform, available in Web, Android and iPhone versions. The platform includes features such as high-frequency trading (HFT), charting, “CALL/PUT” expiry trading, live video chat support, and a trader sentiment indicator (“bulls” vs “bears”) (). Account types include Bronze, Silver, Gold and VIP, with minimum deposits starting at approximately USD 250, USD 1 000, and USD 3 000 respectively (). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via credit/debit cards, bank wire transfer, e‑wallets (e.g. Skrill, Neteller), PayPal and cryptocurrencies; international wire withdrawals incur a fee of up to USD 50, and withdrawals before turnover requirements may attract a 20 % maintenance charge ().
Bonuses up to 100 % on deposits are offered, but are subject to rollover requirements (e.g. 3× turnover) and may be cancelled at withdrawal or under policy violation (). The trading agreement grants VideForex broad discretion including cancelling positions, adjusting trades, restricting accounts, and refusing withdrawals, especially if KYC is incomplete or violation suspected ().
