I recently opened a RAW ECN (Swap-Free) trading account with Vantage and experienced serious issues from day one. According to the stated terms, the commission fee should be USD 3.00 per standard lot per side, however Vantage charged me USD 7.00 per standard lot per side, which is more than double the official rate. This contradicts their own advertised conditions and feels like a breach of agreement. Despite contacting support multiple times, the responses were inconsistent and unhelpful. I was told: Someone would reach out within 48 hours (no response), The case was under investigation (no outcome), An account manager would contact me within 72 hours (nobody did). To date, the issue remains unresolved. When I asked about filing a complaint with regulators, I was informed that my account “does not fall under the authority their license covers,” which further raises concerns about transparency and credibility. Based on my experience, I feel that Vantage customer service is unreliable, the issue handling is poor, and further dealings may be risky. I strongly advise caution when choosing this broker. In addition, I experienced severe and unexplained slippage of more than 48 pips on two Buy Stop trades, which executed far above the placed levels. When I asked for clarification, again the answer was “the account manager will reply,” but no one ever responded. At this point I genuinely feel that Vantage is risky, unreliable, and potentially unsafe to deal with. If they were truly professional and compliant, they would not let the situation reach this level of frustration for a client.

Vantage has blocked my withdrawal and does not allow me to withdraw my money. I deposited $500, made $500 profit, and now I cannot withdraw any of my funds. This is completely unacceptable. They are scammers. I strongly warn everyone: do not use this website.

Unbelievable, I opened a request a month ago about my server problems, all they did it tell me the manager would get in touch with me to solve it, and yes, 7 emails later& a month and a half, they just don't care worst customer service ever, never using this platform again, disgrace

This is the worst platform I have ever used. The stop-loss feature does not work properly, and because of this I lost £1,700. Customer support is extremely poor and unresponsive. When there is money in your account, withdrawing it becomes almost impossible. I am now convinced this platform operates as a scam. I also tried to close my account, but they did not allow me to do so, which I regret deeply. Positions are executed in a way that causes immediate losses, and the stop-loss does not activate as advertised. Overall, this experience has been shameful and unacceptable. I strongly warn others to stay away.

I’ve been trying to open an account with Vantage for over a week and it’s been a nightmare. First, the document upload kept failing. After finally fixing that, I got stuck on a pointless test at the final step. Every time I think I’m done, another problem shows up. Opening an account shouldn’t be this hard. Very frustrating experience.
