A cancelled withdrawal has vanished into thin air. Customer support was very supportive and ensuring funds will be reflected back on account within 24 hours. After 4 days, there is nothing. Only copy-paste emails from customer support trying to end conversation. No updates, no nothing. Really sad this is happening with a reputable company. Please fix this issue ASAP.

I opened a NAS100 Buy position Where I had set a stop loss at 25538.68! Where I would have a loss of ~3€. what did VANTAGE do they completely ignored it and only closed at 25303.48 so I got -200€ this is a scam!!

The sad thing is that those who licensed Vantage Market have knowingly participated in this company's fraud for a very long time. It has been going on for 10 years. They don't care that this company doesn't refund people's money, they only care that they pay for the license.

its been a month i am not unable to withdraw from vantage account .not able to get withdrawl code to my account where as i m getting daily position summary at the same mail.raised the ticket with no adeqate request .they are just sending link to knownledge library. getting furustrated with month of trading. the IB is also of no use

Numerous times I am trying to withdraw my money from account and broker keep refusing to remove my old cards even though I've provided a whole years bank statement of card and email from bank saying that my account has been shut down. Customer service terrible

Unfortunately for vantage customer support is piss poor you shouldn’t have tickets open for 2 weeks without a resolution platform it’s self is okay but any issues don’t bother contacting them

I STRONGLY advise everyone to AVOID Vantage at all costs. This is not a normal broker; it's a massive scam that WILL steal your money. They don't want you to win; they want you to lose and make money off you. I opened an account with Vantage in 2024. I traded with them for a while, experienced losses and wins, and there were no major issues. Everything changed when I started making money. The entire experience turned upside down. The trading platform started to freeze and stop working for hours at a time. You cannot open it, you cannot control your trades, for no reason at all. I have proof and videos. They care about you more if you lose, and remember, they make money when you lose money. Here is the biggest scam: Even if you set a Stop-Loss order, IT DOES NOT WORK when the platform freezes. Your money will keep draining in a losing trade while you are completely locked out, helpless. This is how they guarantee you lose. When the platform freezes, you cannot close your trades at all. You can press the close button a hundred times, but the program does not respond. You are trapped. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE GOOD REVIEWS. These are often from people who were asked to leave a review without any real incentive. They ask EVERYONE to leave a good review, they even asked me. Look at the 1 Star reviews and you will see that all the people share the same problems. This proves that Vantage is a scam. They also have affiliate "gurus" who promise people they will make money by copying their trades on this platform showing off their money to fool people. But these "gurus" attract people who don't know how to trade and just tell them to copy. The "gurus" themselves make money if YOU LOSE, not if you win, because they get a commission from Vantage for every losing trader and for every losing trade. This is a conflict of interest and another way they scam you. They have the worst customer service. I sent them more than one email about the problem and you get NO REPLY. They respond to you saying "you will be replied to as soon as possible" and NOBODY replies In the end. After you start making money with them, everything changes. You start having problems with withdrawals, problems with the program, problems with trading, and problems with the platform. My account was suspended while I had active positions. They ignored my complaints for over 10 days. I lost huge amount of money because of their platform malfunction. It's a complete scam operation. Do not trust them with your money. Furthermore, once you start making real money, you will face problems with withdrawals. They will delay or block your attempts to get your own money out. I escalated my case to The Financial Commission, an independent dispute service. They reviewed all my evidence (videos, emails) but ruled in favour of Vantage. Their reasoning was that Vantage's "Terms & Conditions" state they are not responsible for any platform malfunction. This essentially means their system is set up so that if you lose money because their app doesn't work, they can legally keep it. It confirms they are structured to profit from your technical losses. In the end, they deducted money from my account without providing a clear, transparent breakdown, and claimed there was “no available capital” left to withdraw. My own deposited funds were effectively blocked, justified only by vague references to clauses in their agreement. This platform escalates issues indefinitely, avoids responsibility, and leaves clients powerless once a problem occurs. If something goes wrong, don’t expect clarity, fairness, or access to your money. I strongly advise anyone reading this to think twice before depositing funds here. I am writing this review because still not received withdrawal i requested which is “successful” apparently I have tried to email the support email couple of times and still no response, i tried to call and no agents available. I looked online portal and they closed my chat request. I will update here if payments appear or i hear back. Alot of 5 star reviews appear to counteract the 1star reviews.

Vantage International Group confiscated profits from my account and closed it, citing “suspicious trading” under a vague clause of their client agreement. Despite multiple formal requests, they refused to provide: - A single trade number - Any execution date - Any explanation of what specific behavior was allegedly wrong They hide behind “confidential monitoring systems” even though I requested only my own account trade data. The pattern is clear: Deposits are welcome. Losses are accepted. Profits trigger vague accusations, profit removal, and account termination. Declaring a decision “final” while refusing transparency is not compliance — it is avoidance. Traders using automated strategies, hedging, or consistent systems should be extremely cautious.

Went in to the a trade at a 0.20 lot size and entered me in at 20.26, my account was nowhere near big enough to go in at that size and was minus £580 pounds instantly so had to pull out the trade before my account crashed. Also the price i entered in at didn't make sense and was completely different to what the price was. Emailed them a few times now and getting nowhere.
