“ Yestarday my account password was reset without my permission. My $600 account got wiped out. The server becomes extremely slow; sometimes I can’t log in for 2 to 4 hours, neither on the app nor on the website. Customer support is very bad.”

Avoid this broker at all costs. They do not want their clients to win. They display a fake margin level, and once you place trades, they deliberately stop you out. Their platform behavior is misleading and manipulative. This is a complete scam. Vantage is a big scam. They charge extremely high commissions, apply unfair trading conditions, and make it almost impossible to trade properly. The spreads and execution are unreliable, and your account can be wiped out within seconds without any real market reason. Customer support is useless and never provides clear explanations. This broker cannot be trusted.

Avoid this broker, i can't withdraw my money. I ask by email and they said its because i entered wrong bank account, but i assume its just their excuse so they can steal my money, because i can make sure I entered my bank account correctly. I try to withdraw again and again but always failed. Now they dont respond my email. I will report this case to their regulator (ASIC and VFSC) too, i hope Vantage got banned so there are no more victims update on response to Vantage: Withdraw my own money and need a month in the process?? and Vantage just want me to be patient without any solution?? thats nonsense. I assume vantage's intention is to make me bored and then forget about this case. Beware everyone

I have now sent 3 emails to vantage. Explaining that ‘I would like to withdraw my balance but the card details it is showing I do not recognise? Please advise how I can confirm my details are correct.’ They have sent me the same generic message We hope this message finds you well. Due to a recent increase in operations requests, we’ve experienced slight delays in responding to a small number of outstanding tickets. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. And then do not respond. I have also used every other channel to try and get help in the app including the in App bot that just sends generic responses and does not answer my issue.

Very bad experience, I have deposited to trade by looking the rating but unfortunately the ratings doesn’t justify the platform at all. Too many bugs Mobile app is having loading issue regularly Web trading platform not even open
