I made a deposit over 4 days ago and still have not received my funds. This is completely unacceptable. I contacted support multiple times, and every single time I was given the same meaningless response: “The issue will be resolved as soon as possible.” Nothing has been resolved. There is no transparency, no real support, and no accountability. They are clearly wasting my time while holding my money with no explanation and no deadline. This behavior raises serious concerns about reliability and trust. Keeping a customer’s funds for days without resolution is unprofessional and alarming. Based on this experience, I strongly advise others to stay away until this company can prove it actually respects its customers and their money.

Poor customer sęrvice. If they can not resolve the issue, they will advise you to open another ticket for the concern. And even the issue wasnt resolved at all, they will tag it as solved. Eventually i got tired ręaching out, so I decided to close the account. But I am still waiting for the response for the closure

Really poor customer service, chat bot and help from customer account manager. Want a very simple IB/Affiliate change, being ignored after numerous chat agents communications and numerous emails - waiting almost a week. I submitted the request online as requested and still nothing. No telephone number that you can ring - constantly says they are upgrading the system. UPDATE: Thanks for the reply - but READ my original review where I stated "I submitted the request online as requested and still nothing." This was done 5 days ago and still not actioned!!!

BE AWARE PLEASE !!! you wouldnt be able to withdraw ur profits becareful do not use this broker they ask Bank Transfer Verification if u do it correct it will always gets rejected trust me i promise u whoever reading this review u wouldnt withdraw ur profits good luck :D!

Do not withdraw any amount over 1000 usd they will not pay the money to your account, I have received no further communication than we’ve send your money which was over a month ago, I have contacted the bank in between the payment and they need vantage to contact them which has not happened! Absolute scam

Be careful they are a scam , I deposit 50 dollars and they did not deposited into my account > they said the deposit failed while my exchange says it is successful and aproved.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Vantage. I have been facing a withdrawal issue for a long time, and despite contacting live chat support many times, my problem is still not resolved. Every time I reach out, I receive the same generic responses: “Please wait”, “Your case has been escalated”, “24–72 hours”, without any real explanation or concrete action. I am fully verified, I complied with all requirements, and I provided everything they asked for. Yet, no one is able to clearly explain what is blocking my withdrawal or when it will actually be fixed. What makes this worse is that support agents keep repeating the same scripted answers instead of taking responsibility or giving real help. This situation has completely blocked my trading activity and caused unnecessary stress. As a trader, reliability and fast access to funds are critical. Unfortunately, based on my experience, Vantage failed on both support transparency and withdrawal efficiency. I trusted this broker, but this experience seriously damaged that trust. Until this issue is properly resolved, I cannot recommend Vantage to anyone.
