Customer service is good via app. Very slow via email. I made 3 withdrawals on the 19th of December. I received one out of the 3 and still waiting on 2 more. Also not heard anything back since I sent an email regarding the withdrawals.

All those 5star reviews is scam!!! Don’t 100% trade on YOUR OWN RISK! They won’t bother you guys when got problem happen . Yes they will say will open a file and email you but you won’t get any update from them . When you email ask again they will reply you that not they mistake then your fund will just fly away . I been using them for one year more yea start very smooth but now not any more !!! Yes I’m not a rich guy just can deposit $50-200 small fund for small trade. Why I write this review that I deposit $50 fund but the amount I get on my trading account only $17 more have submit all my details to them but they say that is my problem even thru I call to my bank and asked . What a scammer company already !!

UPDATED To all that wanna try this broker using they apps please beware and you all saw those 5 stars reviews all scammer . They trading system more like scamming then let you have a trade . Even thru when you raise a email for help they will keep drag and reply the same message even you submitted all the details even with photo proof at then end they say not they problem and won’t care your cases . Outside another broker away better then them. Please don’t act again , still investigating?? What a joke ! Almost one and a half month !

Vantage has withheld $3,190 from me for almost 3 months. I have provided full documentation and blockchain proof, yet no one from their complaints department has ever contacted me. Support keeps saying my case is “under review” by a closed department that cannot be reached. I even received an email saying my case was resolved. When I replied no, I was immediately sent the same automated email again. This loop keeps repeating. No investigation. No accountability. No seriousness. Based on my experience, Vantage’s complaints process appears to be non-existent.
