I as a trader more then 10years already use many broker. For Valetax i already use their service about more then a year now and getting use n like this company. User friendly client portal, great execution and for most fast withdrawal and deposit with a small deposit when u start trade with valetax. Excellent work valetax and keep it up

I deposited $750 with Valtix (Account number: 621001832) and lost that amount without any issue. Later, I deposited another $100 and successfully made a profit of around $1,000. However, Valtix cancelled all my profits, claiming I violated their terms and conditions, and only refunded my $100 deposit. This is unfair and clearly shows manipulation: when clients lose money, it’s accepted, but when they win, profits are cancelled. This is a scam practice and totally unprofessional for a broker. I have already submitted a complaint to the FSC and will continue to escalate this matter. I strongly advise other traders to stay away from Valtix, as they do not honor profits and treat clients unfairly.
I’m very disappointed! I placed a pending order on XAUUSD at 3556 1 LOT and the price clearly hit my level. Instead of opening, the order was deleted with the reason “no connection.” Because of this, I lost a huge profit opportunity. This is not my mistake, but a broker/platform failure. How can traders trust a broker that deletes orders like this?
Stupid Valetax platform... NFP time hang cannot trade.... After Friday system hang, all today rebate is very very less... Becareful all trader...
Reject my withdrawal when I made 100% profit. If I made -100% loss of course they are happy which is logic with RR either win 100% or loss -100%
I am pretty sure that they are not neither ECN nor STP broker even though they say that they are NDD. The reason I say this, I made my account almost triple and one morning; boom, all profits were deducted. They even deducted some part of my deposit but they modified later. They did not take my profits when I made 100 or 200, they waited until I make good amount which you see bad faith in this clearly. All of my risk, effort and time were gone for no reason. Trade types were different, all of them with limit execution but they said "abuse" to get almost 2000 USD profit. I have so many things to say but after 5 years in the market, anyone should avoid from this unprofessional broker with bad faith. I am preparing to apply to the regulation but no customer should waste their time and energy for such a thing. Just run away!
