Withdrawal and deposit , experience and good server
I am asking for withdrawal for since 24 hours still no one there to respond ,plz be careful while dealing this Edit : now they don't say exact time , they said pending at payment provider they also don't know when will payment provider release money Hell broker and who the hell is payment provider All are clueless Edit latest : withdrawal received but after 30 hours Don't know what happened to those who withdraw big amount
My name is Asad Johari. I requested a withdrawal of $4,900 in USDT (TRC20) from Valetax on July 11, 2026 (Payment ID: 31066791). My account is fully verified. I also sent every document they requested, including proof of source of funds and my bank card statement. My withdrawal is still showing “In Progress” after several days. I have contacted support many times by email and live chat, but I have not received a clear answer. I only want my withdrawal to be processed. If Valetax completes my withdrawal, I will update this review. I am sharing my experience so other traders know what happened in my case.

very bad customer support, Withdrawal is bad, if we deposit money via bank we cannot withdraw to bank . your money will be divided half into crypto payment and half via bank no help from there end
My experience with Valetax has been very disappointing. I deposited USD 500 and traded on my account in good faith. After making profits and requesting a withdrawal, Valetax accused me of violating bonus terms. However, they have not provided any evidence to support this allegation despite my repeated requests. Valetax returned only my original deposit of USD 500, confiscated all of my trading profits, and then terminated my account. I was not given any prior warning or a fair opportunity to respond before these actions were taken. What concerns me most is the lack of transparency. If a client has genuinely violated a rule, the broker should clearly identify the rule and provide evidence. In my case, no such evidence has been provided. I have formally requested proof and an explanation, but my concerns remain unresolved. I have also escalated the matter to the relevant regulatory authorities for review. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this broker and advise other traders to exercise caution. Account Number: 1031179429

Valetax is a very poor broker. I lost money from my account due to serious security issues. Their security system is extremely weak, as withdrawals can apparently be transferred to another person's bank account without proper verification. This is very dangerous. Money was withdrawn from my account without my authorization, and I never received any OTP or confirmation request for the transaction. As a result, I lost funds from my account. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this broker.
Very bad I had a very bad experience with Valetax. Never use this broker. Seriously, this is my real experience. I was using copy trading on Valetax with a master trader called Luxury Trade. Then suddenly, not long after, I received a notification saying that my account had been disconnected. I never disconnected it myself before, so I don’t understand why it suddenly got disconnected. After I checked, my money was gone. What made it worse was that when I tried to check the history, the master copy trader had disappeared, and I could no longer see the trading entry data. Then I contacted live customer service, but their answers kept going in circles and they did not provide any real solution. So, don’t use Valetax. There are many other brokers that are far more professional. Don’t let what happened to me happen to you.

Valetax is a fraud broker they deducted 779.50$ from my mt 5 number 1031111528 . I was having trades in in buy positions on Monday I booked my profit when I placed withdrawal they rejected it and deducted funds from my balance. No response from customer service. Fraud broke stay away from this broker if you wana safeguard your funds. Thank you for your scam.

This company is a total fraud that showed up from nowhere, I personally know a few people that have been scammed by them, They offer 5% return a day for a 100$ investment which is ridiculous, you multiply that 2 years without withdrawals and you are millionaire 😂. You’ve updated the minimum deposit of $1 to $8; however, when we try to make a deposit using Skrill or other available payment methods, it is shows as $10. The $1 minimum deposit is no longer available. So my question is : What makes you unique compared to Exness, XM, or JM then since you changed the only thing that makes you special and unique?
