I have been trading with valetax for about 5 months now and I'd say their app is very user friendly, their support team have always been there to help me with anything I had and depositing or withdrawing with valetax is very efficient. I got my withdrawals immediately and there was no issue. I am looking forward to staying longer with them since they have given me a good experience.

The company has great services Deposits and withdrawals are quick
I asked my support staff to open a trading account for me... and this support staff member confirmed that they had opened accounts for many clients before! This is completely normal! But when I made a profit and tried to withdraw my money, they refused and deleted my profit, claiming that I had opened multiple accounts from the same IP address... of course, it was the same IP address because their employee had helped me and many other clients open accounts. Although both I and the support staff member tried to contact them to explain this misunderstanding, they refused to accept it. Even though I agreed to only receive 50% of the profit! my ID : 13386244 Update December 17th: my IB and I have tried contacting Valetax again after they responded on Trustpilot! More than a day has passed and I haven't received any response! I will continuously update you on the processing status. Update December 17th: They said they couldn't reach me, but I haven't received a single email from them, nor a single call, and there's not even any new information in my inbox! I feel like they're not dedicating their time to my case. final : They didn't respond to me at all :)! A complete lack of professionalism! Absolutely do not choose this broker.
This company is such a scam and I am ongoing now with FSC complaints On 8 December 2025 I registered with them and deposited 230$ and participated in the 100% bonus promotion so took another 230$ which made my equity 460$ on bonus you will only be limited to 1:300 leverage which is fair considering the bonus they gave you .I made only one trade with 0.20 on XAUUSD which is normal for 460$equity it’s not a full margin or high risk trade I made 418$ and I made a withdrawal it took 1 hour which is normal then all of the sudden they sent me an email saying my withdrawal got rejected because I violated the bonus terms which apparently it never showed up when I entered the promo code and they never clarified what I did wrong! And when I contacted the support they told me to contact them on WhatsApp. I talked to a complete idiot person he said what happened I told him he said can you please take a screenshot for the mail you got I did send him the mail and then the he literally responded with yeah that’s our terms and never clarified anything regarding why that happened and when I said I had done nothing wrong they said it’s okay for you you didn’t loose anything you still got your deposit which made me laugh because my own money was at risk originally at the beginning!! Like what a joke you take the risk if you lose they take your money and if you won we will take your profits and give you your deposit which is so scammy shit it’s a joke and a really funny one! And when I threatened to make a complaint for the regulator they said you are the one who did wrong we made anything any broker will do which is 100% not I traded with Vantage for 1 year and I made more than 500% profits in one singular trade and they always gave me my money what a ridiculous scam funny company if you ever thought of blinked for one moment to trade with them just run and don't do it.
Bad experience Preventing my trading strategy always excuses for making withdrawals
I deposited, completed full KYC, and traded manually. After making a large profit, Valetax blocked my account and removed my entire balance and profit. All trades were legitimate, but they still erased everything. I emailed their support many times, but they never replied. Be careful — Valetax blocks profitable accounts and does not allow clients to withdraw their money. I know in reply they will reply and say maybe it's illegal trading or something like this, or maybe they'll say please send us an email. I swear all was manual and all was normal trade, but unfortunately, I can't attach photos here to explain my trades and show that they are not responsible.

slow execution speed (almost 2s delay) really bad for scalping trade. all the time. then, wait till there is news. update : valetax flag my real experience using their broker as defamatory. today (Dec 17th), their mt5 platform freeze twice when other broker experience nothing such as this. they are not regulated by FCA either
I used a lot of trading platforms. MT5 account is not working. I couldn't place a trade. Contacted support multiple times they didn't help. Account manager contacted me I text him and he replies in hours.
