After using Trading.com I have noticed some very troubling issues. buy limits that clearly have been hit NOT putting me in the trade, I have screen shot. also the free $100 for a new account they will take it away if you dont trade on that account for a period of time, even if your active on the practice account they will take it back without warning and customer service is rude about it.. without any warning really shady. but the real issue is the trading.com website when trading on there site its unreliable and seems to be different than other charts. red flag. I would never put real money in the account due to trust issues. To bad I had high hopes. the spreads and the unreliable trading is why I gave it 2 stars.
The platform in phone mode is very inconvenient; it doesn't allow you to configure parameters.

I’ve had a good experience with Trading.com so far. Execution is fast, the platform is clean, and everything feels straightforward for opening and managing positions. It’s definitely one of the easier CFD interfaces to work with. There are two features that would really improve the workflow: • A “close deal” button directly on the chart. This would make it much quicker to manage active positions without navigating through menus. • Tabs for multiple instruments above the chart. Being able to switch between charts instantly would make monitoring several markets far more efficient. At the moment, you have to exit the chart and search or browse again, which slows things down during fast‑moving markets.

Too much spread
Great to learn and hone your skills with the practice account. Plus they give you $100 for when you feel comfortable to trade real money. Plenty of lessons to help teach you. I haven't won yet but the monthly paper trading challenge is a big draw for me I want to win $6000.
Have to reset to open application most times.
MT5 platform isn't working well

Withdrawal process is ridiculously slow. Looking for another option as that's unacceptable for me.
Their spreads are too big. Too many better options.

Absolutely one of the best trading apps
Won the prize competition top 3. Despite common issue(ss)staying positive still make few hundred dollar just from the paper trading competition.
I didn't like being closed out of my trade but it was for the better. I do like how easy it was to transition between both trading.com and MT5 I look forward to learning more about your platform and growing my account.
