Went through the process of opening an account and my account is being “ reviewed “ . I was sent an email asking me the most bizarre question . If I was in any way associated with a member of The House Of Lords who shared the same surname as me ( common name ) I have no idea why they would think I would have anything to do with this man ….and even if I did what difference would it make ? No explanation given . The account is still in review 4 days later so I’ve given up and I’ll stick with Hargreaves Lansdown despite their higher fees . At least you can speak to a human being . What a waste of time .

Great software for managing stocks and shares ISA, can top up and withdraw through the tax year same day infinitely. Some nice tools around stocks, many of the useful analysis charts, and the watchlist tool is quite useful. Supports limit and stop orders. The AI tool is quite amusing too

I asked a question and the person answering gave me a perfect answer and even where to look to get help. To me that was priceless. So often you ask a question from Customer Support (in general not yours) and they may answer half of it.
