Great platform, easy set up and use
Worst platform. Never use them. They will ask to verify the same card you use to make deposits. They will request endless video verifications and more ‘contact us’ requests. They will accept your money no matter where it’s from but it make it a nightmare to withdraw it. Never use this platform.
It's really complicated to sign in and add funds. Too many steps. Isn't there an option to just say "add £xx funds" then just press go and it does it all? Sort of like PayPal easy??

It’s worth it
It made it easy for me to invest when I was overwhelmed by the information of the stock market. It also gives me updates on my investments on a regular basis so that I know how well or badly I am doing.
Trading 212 is a no brainier . Easy to navigate, and very reliable

Transferring in my Cash ISA couldn’t be done without their help as the account I was transferring from was in my maiden name and I’d set up the account in my married name. Responses were prompt, if inconsistent on the format of proof to be provided. The name change was sorted and the transfer completed in less than a week. My money is now accruing interest tax free
