My wife and I tried wanted to tranfer our ISA' s from the Coventry building society and add more funds from the Nationwide building society in early December. We chose TRADING 212 because of a good interest rate and a bonus rate if we transferred. My transaction went through within a couple of days without any difficulty. My wifes transfer from the Coventry building society was transferred to Trading 212, but when she tried to transfer additional funds from the Nationwide building society, TRADING 212 refused to accept the funds although my fund had been accepted. My wife went into the Nationwide building society and asked why they hadn't transfer the funds requested by TRADING 212 and was told they hadn't sent a request but if they were to they would do it immediately. Trading 212 cancelled the transaction, so she attempted the transaction again and contacted TRADING 212 to ask them to look into the errors. Trading 212 once again cancelled the transaction and said Nationwide hadn't responded to their requests for the funds. Nationwide said that Trading 212 hadn't made any request. We are in the position where both are either incompetent or lieing but it's costing her interest on our savings. We will have to go through a complaints procedure again and then go to the Ombudsman. THESE PEOPLE ARE INCOMPETENT DON'T USE THEM!
