Summary
Multiple reviewers report persistent unsolicited and aggressive sales calls from a firm calling itself Immediate Edge, often from changing or spoofed numbers that continue even after blocking and sometimes occur many times a day or at night. Callers pressure users to make deposits with high‑pressure “one‑time offer” tactics, can be abusive when questioned, and insist on large trading volumes while downplaying small initial investments. Several users say phone numbers and company addresses appear fake and that callbacks reveal the numbers did not originate from the alleged owners. After depositing, customers report support becomes unresponsive or unhelpful, and the trading platform is slow; one reviewer switched to another provider (ASLLC) citing better service. Overall, reviewers warn the operation appears fraudulent and advise avoiding it to escape persistent harassment and potential loss.

The support who were supposed to help me with this trading platform's customer service were not very good. They took a long time to solve my problems and were not very helpful in general. The platform itself was very slow, so it took a long time to do anything on it. That's why I switched to ASLLC, which has much better customer service that's faster and more helpful.

Fraud, scam. Your support end the time you make the deposit. Try to their contact us page and try ringing there phone.

Aggressive calls, more than 10 a day sometimes! No arguments, just want money, money, money....

Absolute scam. Aggressive agent on phone pushing for a deposit and the basis it was a one time offer. When asked about their company or who they traded with regarding regulations became abusive and said I was time wasting and the "initial £250 investment was nothing when they deal in millions" every day. Eventually told him I'd have to do more research and he said people write fake news on the Internet so don't believe what it says.....well this is a real review so there goes his argument

Stay away from them unless you want to be pestered endlessly. Ask them for their address and check it online whilst on the call. It is invariably fake.

I too put my details on line and they keep phoning me I have told them I am not interested and block the various numbers. It seems impossible to stop the calls.

I made a mistake putting my information on an online form and after that they kept calling me with different numbers every 10 to 60 minutes. When I call back the number, the owner of the number said to me: You have been called by a scammer as I didn't call you. They also call them self Immediate Edge. Make sure to stay away from them. I told them to stop calling me and I blocked their number but they kept calling me using different mobile numbers.

I wanted to find out about this. I then get a phone call from a very pushy sales man at 8.30 at night demanding me to pay money. Who then said I'm never allowed to use it. This is just a bad sign to work with this company. I then received many phone calls everyday I keep blocking new numbers from them.
