Too many failed withdrawal attempts so what's in my image got it figured out.
TradeHuxe functions in an almost total communication silence mode. I deposited $1000.00 in an account in order to do Copy Trading (suggested by an Options coach so I could copy his trading process). Once the coach informed me that my deposit was not enough to trade, I begin the process to withdraw my funds. TradeHuxe momentarily broke silence, after my numerous emails, to inform me that an account commission fee had to be paid first. I submitted the 10% fee and then, coincidentally, they performed some type maintenance which zeroed out my account. They broke silence once again to ask how much was in the account and to apologize; however, nothing else has been done in more than five months to restore my funds and again my numerous emails have gone unanswered. I’ve even tried to call the phone numbers listed on the website but they just continuously ring until eventually my carrier says they can’t connect. This was the only area of the company that I experienced. Others offices may be more responsive, beneficial, and professional. My experience suggests to me they are not reputable and are not to be trusted. I would love for them to prove me wrong.
