Since merging with Sporting Index a couple of years ago, the 2 firms have made the same prices in all markets, turning an effective duopoly into an effective monopoly. This removes consumer choice and is very unwelcomed.

Happy customer until realized at least one of the offers I was using, I was actually charged for. You need to be very careful, the offers shown on your account as free bets are mixed with the ones you have to pay the bet first before qualifying... Couldn't get it sorted neither with the team, even when the bet I was claiming it was very obvious put down thinking it was for free (Williams to win this year constructors championship 😂)
Terrible experience lost over 200 pound from a 5 pound bet. Seen so many reviews like mine not happy

I am happy with most things you provide though I would like best odds guaranteed to be on your horse racing platform. However, that is the only criticism I have, apart from that all seems fine.
It is a compulsive betting site, the amount you can lose on a bet is not made clear enough, it can be a lot more than you may think. They give you promotions when you lose but when I was on a winning streak i noticed the promos soon dried up!
Pretty good as a bookies and would be 4* but they keep sending me reminders to review them. Reminders like it's something that I'm obligated to do or agreed to. Treat your clients with some respect.
