They entice you with promotions and then withdraw them before you can use it. I signed up to a free bet offer, £10 bet for £60 in free bets. I've done this with other companies and they open your account straight away. SpreadEx put my account 'on hold' while they reviewed it. Two days later they approved my account and one minute later I got an email to say I was no longer eligible for the free bets. I contacted customer service and was told this was a 'business decision' with no further explanation. Sadly it's not illegal practice but it is totally unethical. EDIT - their reply below is absolutely not what happened. They did not send an email immediately to advise I was not eligible for the promotion.

Very fast website. I've been struggling with speeds doing bets on other sites taking so long to load. Lot's of markets, fast payouts and responsible limits. I've been using this site for years.
I like to be able to watch the racing, so that's a plus. I normally like to go £2.50ew on my bets, but your system didn't seem to allow that - whole pounds only - do had to do £2ew or £3ew. Betting is fairly simple, but I was only doing unsophisticated bets, so didn't get to test the platform.
