Good company, but I find the new format of the web-page rather confusing.

They entice you with promotions and then withdraw them before you can use it. I signed up to a free bet offer, £10 bet for £60 in free bets. I've done this with other companies and they open your account straight away. SpreadEx put my account 'on hold' while they reviewed it. Two days later they approved my account and one minute later I got an email to say I was no longer eligible for the free bets. I contacted customer service and was told this was a 'business decision' with no further explanation. Sadly it's not illegal practice but it is totally unethical. EDIT - their reply below is absolutely not what happened. They did not send an email immediately to advise I was not eligible for the promotion.
