Just opened a demo account so still got to learn the ropes with the account. Account manager really helpful and will answer questions and help out if you have a problem like I did just getting the account open. Can’t say anything about the trading side yet as only just opened the account and need to run it a few weeks to give full review.

Trading Shares only - early days but so far no issues and very pleased with the contact & guidance provided by Sufyaan. (S. Patel) Nice to have someone that I can speak to in case of need. The platform performs well and I am happy to recommend Spread Co to both new and experienced traders.

Last few days it takes over a minute to fill or to get a quote. By that time price has moved up or down. In "transection history" YOU are quoting price closed at and profit or loss. Include the buying/selling price to match. Also do not close positions overnight and reopen at closing price. Doesn't make sense and it is confusing. Take actions rather than passing on to your dept. reply as previous suggestions are still not applied. Thank you for listening. edit- Thank you for your reply. 5 star but taking one away just because of confusing overnight closures and "transection hostory" presentation. BETTER THAN OTHER PROVIDERS. Thanks.

1) I am very grateful for what Patel does for me me. 2) First and foremost, I have talked to him twice, when I needed some advice for example, during the first day, I could not close my trading account on my ..Mini 30 US. I had left my trading account running un necessarily over night, and even when by the time I called his office at Spread co, it was running, and I had lost some money! 3) But when I told him my concern, in his "calm and polite voice" He told me to open up my Spread Co trading Platform, and from there, without rushing me, in his usual calm voice, and step by step, he directed me to the bottom right , where my open trading account was still flushing. And at the far right of my trading page, he asked me if ,I could see a "symbol of a spanner" He then told me that, If I clicked on it and follow the instructions given to me, my trading position, would be closed. And that is what I did later , and every thing was sorted to my satisfaction please ! 4) And my todays question to him was about if I wanted to trade, more than ..10p per point, on my …Mini 30 U S, how much should I have on the account? Of course, I didn't want to do it today but, to have an insight of such that, If I wanted to do it in the future, how much deposit, should I have on my trading account. 5) Again, step by step he moved me to the ...Mini US 30 box, and within the box, he told me to click the down ward arrow, beside the MINI US 30 word. It opened, showing me words such as …trade, charts, market info. Etc! And from there he told me that, I could use that info, If I wanted to trade more than ..10p per point. 6) I was extreemly happy with the advice he has given to me so far, within the two days, I have contacted his office for assistance please! All in all, I highly recommend that the top officials in his department, should consider to promote him in the future, when the time comes for such a consideration of his excellent …." people/ customer assistance/relationship" Patel, was very good to me, and above it all, he sorted my issues to my complete satisfaction . I have been with Spreadco for quite few years.I am not a day trader,but I do few trades now and again.I think the staff are always so polite and very healthful whenever I have rung them.On 11/7/24 Alex helped me to setting the new App on my I-Pad and phone. Many thanks Jay
