Unfortunately, fees are charged that should not actually be charged – so it's very opaque. If you want/need to access your credit balance, this is refused for incomprehensible reasons (apparently the credit card issuer has refused a payment, which is strange because others are able to do so on the same day). Overall, unfortunately not customer-friendly for me. I actually wanted to invest over 100k, but now I'm waiting to see if I get my current credit back. Either they do the right thing now, or I will consider taking regulatory action.
The institution offers to buy crypto but you are not allowed to send you crypto to i.e. Mining pool. I lost 1000 usd because of this. Bought currency and had sell it back to get the money out. Beware of this institution.
As a beginner, I didn’t know that I could lose the stocks I invested in if the stock value drops. I invested 1000 NOK in a stock and was told that I would lose it if I didn’t deposit more money. It would’ve been nice if someone had explained how that part works.

Over the years, I really wanted to try this trading possibility towards crypto. The thing is, I ended up with dishonest traders and their platforms, more than ones. Time went by...... And then I came over “The Skilling Platform”. Here I do feel safe, and now it's time to dive into their trading opportunity.
Easy to create account but I do not like MT4.
Only giving four stars because switching between 1 min and 5 min does not work at all. It is completely impossible to trade with this problem. It can take up to 20 seconds to switch, when the 5 min map appears it shows at 00:00 the same date. Hope they can find what is wrong. The reception was fantastic with them contacting me on the phone to welcome me and introducing the contact person if I needed any help. Was in contact with Skilling about the problem but so far they have no solution to it.

I have used skilling for quite some time. It was only until I changed to a different platform that I realized how shady skilling actually is. Firstly, the spread and daily fees are very high. On some assets the spread is so big ( bigger than average daily move) that the only way to make a profit is to hold the position for many days. But then come daily swap fees which make holding the position so expensive, it is not worth it. Then the withdrawals, oh my! They accept your money instantly from any source imaginable. But if you want to withdraw? Decline after decline after decline. The only way I was able to withdraw at the end was PayPal. All the other options were always declined. They say "the money has to be send to the same account it came from". Firstly, that is none of your bussiness or concern where I want to send it, secondly I tried to withdraw to the same account I made deposit from. What happened? Declined of course. Also after I registered with skilling, I started getting scam calls - constantly! Abot 5-8 times a day. They sound very unproffessional and it is obvious that it is a scam. But with my phone ringing 5-8x a day I will get mad soon. They sometime use foreign numbers which I just don't answer, but more often now, the calls are from domestic numbers and even with legit sounding names identified via TrueCaller. At this point I just don't answer my phone anymore if it is not from my contacts. I hope my review will save some of you from the same experience in future.
Not an honest broker. They arbitrarily remove profits when it suits them citing "latency arbitrage" when it has nothing to do with my trading. Any profit for them is "latency arbitrage". I asked them for evidence substantiating their allegations and they not only provided nothing to help their case they managed to send some that totally goes against their assertions. When I asked them about this they tried to get out of it by saying that it was just for "illustrative purposes". You cannot make this up. Will escalate this matter and take it to a higher authority - court and/or regulator. EDIT: in response to your reply. Yes you have accused me of such things yet you have provided no valid evidence for such things although I asked you for such repeatedly. Ironically some of the evidence you did submit directly contradicts your assertions. I will not be submitting an "official" complaint as I know it will be a waste of time considering it will be handled by the same people I already dealt with. I will be handling this via legal channels. Await contact from my lawyer.
On February 12, 2025, I traded the US CPI inflation and through a limit order (the type of order is a very important detail in the story) I obtained an excellent profit (5796.30 euros) thanks to the Nasdaq US100. The next day, the entire profit was removed from me, saying that I traded "offmarkets" violating the articles as outlined in Section 16 of our T&Cs. I find it very difficult to think that the problem was that because if the trade had been in loss... would they have cancelled the loss? AS THIS IS NOT arbitrage or similar practices, it is clear that the problem is simply that a lot of profit was made and since they are bbook market makers, this really bothered them. With them you have to be a losing trader... unlike, as I read, with other people, profits are revoked very easily...I'm going now to complain with the regulator because luckly i'm under their EU entity

Honestly at first I was angry when I had issues with them, but when the account manager heard of the issue it was fixed and I was treated in one of the best way a customer can be treated
skilling is good for trading. ctrader is good but it can be improved for GUI (or app). It must be like its web form. good colours. understandable. candles can show time etc..
Scam. Even if you do a good trade you go minus in your account. Hidden fees?
