Users report a mixed experience with Skilling: many praise the platform’s ease of use, helpful and responsive account managers (several named staff received positive mentions), good onboarding, useful market news, and excellent execution on instruments like Germany 40 with cTrader features such as VWAP and DoM. Positive points include fast Swish deposits for Swedish clients and generally quick account setup; several traders enjoy using cTrader though they want GUI improvements. On the negative side customers complain about high spreads and daily swap fees, a limited selection of markets, frequent app/software bugs and lag during fast market moves, slow or complicated bank transfers, and repeated withdrawal rejections (with PayPal sometimes the only successful route). Serious allegations include arbitrary cancellation of profitable trades citing “latency arbitrage,” accusations of unauthorized crypto sales, scammy promotional calls, and suspicions that the broker operates as a B-book market maker; some reviewers are pursuing regulators or legal action.
