Awful! Avoid at all costs. They literally stalk you by changing their phone numbers every day and you can’t get your money out
Scam crypto company PLEASE DO NOT TRUST!! Took all my funds blocked my account and refused to close my account, and release my money. Won’t answer my calls or emails. Reported to all law enforcement offices and regulators.
This company will bleed you dry. I have been trying to close my account with them for 4 months and they refuse. They owe me 926€. Not a fortune but my money, and all they do is ring me to suggest I invest more money!!
Trading since August, finally got a withdrawal 2 weeks ago after several requests, which resulted in my own bank account being frozen with no access to my own funds let alone the withdrawal. Not sure on why yet but caused a lot of inconvenience. Advice on trading taken from senior advisor resulted in huge losses so have lost confidence in the whole thing.
The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They promise you can take your money out at any time and then deny your requests. They Send a email saying your request has been successful but yet can’t see the money in my account? And they can’t even tell you what account they have apparently put the money into yet they are quick enough to try and convince you to put 1000s more in! They ring 100s of times asking why you’ve stopped trading, in this day and age do you not have a system that records when someone was called and what about? They ring off a different number every time so you can’t even block the number. Weirdly linked to wellari tech in London who take the money from your account originally and then act like they have nothing to do with sigma banc. It should be illegal for companies to exist like this. Only gave 1 star cause I can’t give 0
Stuck with bbanc, they have refused to accept withdrawal and they have stopped responding in the chat and email, I really don't know what to do because I have so much stuck here, what can I do? I realized late they are unregulated here and not in UK or Spain as well, an offshore brokerage with no address which means I stand a little chance to getting anything back, is there a way out? Has anyone got theirs out? Finally got everything out with the assistance of Capitl--Tungate.
Sigmabanc is a big scam they are cheater no body respond to you in the chat or by e-mail its impossible to Withdraw youre money never deposit on that site richard Boulivier David hoffmann are all scammer
I initially deposited £1000 to try them out and everything looked good so I deposited the other £9000 of my trading capital. As soon as I started trading at higher position sizes the trade execution slowed to a crawl. I was getting slipped all over and the entries would just take ages to fill.Had to contact the support before they were able to rectify the error which they did instantly. Glad I’ve recovered and even made more profit since then but issues like this should not keep happening
Don’t not trust with your money !! They don’t call and scam you out of your money 6 weeks I have been waiting. Please avoid dealing with Alpesh Patel he lies and doesn’t do what he says. Poor poor service
I wish I never signed up!! I’ve been harassed over the phone. Called FIVE times within a minute even though I kept cancelling the call. That’s ridiculous!! It only stopped because I blocked the number !!! Here’s an idea maybe don’t harass people!!!! Honestly can’t believe them !!!
