About SigmaBanc
SigmaBanc (operating via sigmabanc.com) is not licensed or regulated by any recognised financial authority. The entity presents itself as owned by Primis LLC, registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines with registration number 1860 LLC 2022; however, the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (SVG FSA) does not issue forex or financial services licences, so this registration does not confer regulatory authorisation. SigmaBanc claims regulation in the UK, Canada, Denmark, Singapore and Australia, yet no records support such regulatory approvals in the respective jurisdictions. Regulators have not authorised SigmaBanc to hold or manage investors’ funds.
The Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) in Québec issued a warning stating that “Sigmabanc Inc” is not registered with the AMF and is not authorised to solicit investors in Québec; the warning references the website sigmabanc.com and the name Primis LLC.
Given the lack of valid regulation and explicit warnings, SigmaBanc operates without oversight and appears unsafe for investor engagement.
Pros and cons
Cons
- No regulatory authorisation in any jurisdiction.
- Misleading claims of regulation in multiple countries without supporting evidence.
- Regulated bodies (AMF) explicitly identify the entity as unauthorised to operate.
