Totally scam I have deposited 300 usd into it and when I want to complete kyc they just say document mismatch while every single document is right and perfect as asked they are just stalling my withdrawal I am asking them here to complete my kyc manually
Beware of this broker cheater I've been a client with them since March 2025 and haven't had any problems. But yesterday, I withdrew $44 and only received $34. When I contacted customer service, they told me it was due to network overload (erc20). They charged a $10 withdrawal fee for $44. I told them I was withdrawing to trc20 and sent them all the necessary documents. Today, I withdrew $178 as usual to trc20 and received $175, which makes sense. When I withdrew $44, I received $34, and when I withdrew $178, I received $175. They still haven't explained this to me. I'm now sharing my experience and warning everyone about this broker.

Scammers! Be careful! I opened two opposite positions (Buy and Sell) to validate my account. I closed them at the same time to neutralize the risk, and my balance was 299€. I then went on vacation. When I came back, my balance was 60€. I lost 240€ for no reason. They changed the close event datetime and made me losing in both buy and sell of the same asset! imagine!! I contacted support and they said that according to their logs, I did not close the positions. This is a lie. Their support is useless and their only goal is to close the ticket. They are scammers and they stole my money.

I deposited $300. There has been a lot of scam reviews but I still pushed through. Fortunately, I did received my withdrawal but the available is only on crypto. I deposited through card and withdraw only on crypto.

They stopped my trade who did hit my tp on sl by error i write an email to the support who asked for proves I have sent the screenshot and a very détailed explanation to wich they didnt reply After many mails they finnaly reached out but didnt get remboursed the full part
This platform associates with scammers from Telegram. Everything works well until your funds disappear from your account. You can't even withdraw: when you try, it says that there is "no available accounts" to choose from and withdraw from. How can there be no account while I am literally connected to my account?? I would recommend everyone to avoid this platform, as I am not the first person it happened to for sure and they simply can't ignore the activities of the traders they partner with. They profit from the funds that these people attract to their platform via the deal they have together and if they keep working with this type of individuals despite all the scams, they are just complicit.
