I want to be completely honest: this has been the worst broker experience I’ve ever had. I deposited $3,000 to test your platform, completed my KYC, and I’ve now been trying to withdraw my money for about two weeks. I’ve tried withdrawing by card, bank transfer, and Bitcoin, and nothing works. I keep being told internally that someone is working on my case, but no one actually resolves the issue or gives me a clear answer. The customer service has been extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise people not to deposit money with this broker.
I'm sorry but I have to leave a very negative review, you made me lose 1000 dollars. Nowhere is it explained 100 leverage for metals. You advertise to deceive. I lost 1000 dollars because of you. Be careful with the 200% bonus or 100% bonus, it's useless with 100 leverage you'll burn your account immediately.
My credit card issuer (ICS) has now confirmed in writing that RaiseFX’s statement about an active chargeback is incorrect. ICS has not initiated a chargeback. Despite this, my €300 has still not been refunded.
I want open an account when i check your reliability through many ways i read you are scammers and deny withdrawals, why you are not working on your name and make trusted by others rather than replying here for every comments, I have concluded that as you are scammers, see every where on youtube , tiktok everyone is talking as you are scammers , am sorry for your work
I'm going to be as honest as possible. I have been trading with so many brokers, and whenever they provide a credit on the deposit, its always available to use to the very last minute. However, i was dossapointed with raise. I deposited 250 and received 100 percent deposit bonus. I had a bad day at the market and lost money but all along i was counting on to the bonus as part of the equity. To my surprise, the bonus was removed immediately my original balance reached zero. All along i was counting on a 250 usd equity that was fake! This is so wrong. Do not promote what we dont provide. Very dossapointed. I would planned and traded differently based on my account size without the extra fake bonus. Utterly dossapointed.
Honestly, I think I read the vast majority of raisefx reviews on Trustpilot, and many of them were negative. I was quite anxious about depositing money with RaiseFX. However, to my surprise, everything went smoothly, from the account verification process to making my deposit. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because of one issue I experienced: Take Profit (TP) and Stop Loss (SL) orders sometimes closed a little too early or too late, which can result in losing a few cents or even a few euros. Considering that RaiseFX is still a relatively young broker, this is something I can understand and hope will improve over time. As for withdrawals, I was also worried at first. But once again, to my surprise, all of my withdrawals were completed successfully within 24 hours with very low fees. I would especially recommend that new users use cryptocurrency for both deposits and withdrawals, as it seems to be the smoothest and most reliable option. Once again, I’d like to thank RaiseFX. I hope this review reassures many people. In my personal experience, RaiseFX is not a scam—it’s simply a new broker that is still growing and improving its services. This experience has also taught me that it’s better to form your own opinion through personal experience rather than relying only on online reviews.
Mixed feelings about Raisefx. Be wary when placing stop loss, I’ve used a few different brokers and this is the only broker that blatantly delays closing a trade once stop loss is triggered. Eg buying gold, SL will be 4105, price will hit 4105 but due to the delay, the trade doesn’t close once price hits SL, it continues for a brief moment and then closes around 4104, so I always lose an average of about 10pips extra every single trade. I use between 0.2 - 0.4 lot size so this obviously adds up and is extremely frustrating as my account would be up by an extra few thousand if not for the brokers stupid delay when closing my trade, it’s feel like I’m being robbed. I’ve taken over 300 trades, with 0.2 lot size as the minimum, best case that equals almost £6000 lost from SL continuing, least of all if I totaled the 0.4 lots. It isn’t anything to do with price spiking, it’s just does it anyway. When price spikes you can expect to lose a lot more. This is my only real issue with them, other than that everything has been smooth and easy. Received my withdrawal funds the same day I requested them which was a pleasant surprise so props to them for that, overall seems like a reasonable broker, just need to sort out the SL issue

This broker is a scammer.The broker has some people advertising on social media as their affiliates. They dish out codes for deposit bonuses if you open account through the affiliate link. And before you know it your account will be wiped out.l tried to save my account by changing the password when only $50 was left. I then requested a withdrawal request and the broker declined to approve my withdrawal even though I was withdrawing through the same debit card in my name l had deposited the funds. This shows you how the broker is determined to make you loose all your funds.l want to warn anyone trying to sign up with this broker that you will loose your money and that if you see any channel on social media by Dave called Passive Profit, run with your money. There might be many such affiliates by other names but just stay away from this broker.

Raisefx is reliable and trustworthy. The proces setting the account is smooth and easy. There is only 1 thing that i dont like about them and that is the fact that trades close between 2 and 15 pips (20-150points on gold) above or below the SL or TP. I know that sudden volatility or spikes can cause this but it is also a problem when its low volume. So be prepared to anticipate that. For the rest everything works perfectly fine like it should. I have made 2 withdrawals without any problem. Takes between 1 and 4 business days to recieve wich is great. Thank you Raisefx

I am writing to formally express my strong dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my recent withdrawal request. This has been, by far, the most disappointing experience I have had with a brokerage platform. I requested a withdrawal. It took between 4 to 5 days just for the request to be processed and accepted. During this period, I attempted to cancel the withdrawal because I preferred to process it via cryptocurrency. However, the system did not allow me to cancel. When I contacted customer support to inquire about this issue, I was informed that the system was undergoing maintenance. Nevertheless, four days later, the situation remained entirely unchanged. Ultimately, the funds—amounting to €400—have been withheld from my account. While your support team responds quickly, they have provided no actual assistance or resolution to my problem. To make matters worse, my support tickets were closed without the issue being resolved. I request an immediate update on the status of my €400 and a definitive solution to this matter. Sincerely,

Totally scam I have deposited 300 usd into it and when I want to complete kyc they just say document mismatch while every single document is right and perfect as asked they are just stalling my withdrawal I am asking them here to complete my kyc manually
Beware of this broker cheater I've been a client with them since March 2025 and haven't had any problems. But yesterday, I withdrew $44 and only received $34. When I contacted customer service, they told me it was due to network overload (erc20). They charged a $10 withdrawal fee for $44. I told them I was withdrawing to trc20 and sent them all the necessary documents. Today, I withdrew $178 as usual to trc20 and received $175, which makes sense. When I withdrew $44, I received $34, and when I withdrew $178, I received $175. They still haven't explained this to me. I'm now sharing my experience and warning everyone about this broker.

Scammers! Be careful! I opened two opposite positions (Buy and Sell) to validate my account. I closed them at the same time to neutralize the risk, and my balance was 299€. I then went on vacation. When I came back, my balance was 60€. I lost 240€ for no reason. They changed the close event datetime and made me losing in both buy and sell of the same asset! imagine!! I contacted support and they said that according to their logs, I did not close the positions. This is a lie. Their support is useless and their only goal is to close the ticket. They are scammers and they stole my money.
