They market withdrawal by card of 0 fees but actually they claim it is done by refund which is allegedly time limited so they force you to connect bank account which is expensive (SWIFT/IBAN - bank fees) + they charge you by their price list: 0,5 % (min. 5 EUR, max. 100 EUR)* Very fortunate to offer 0 fee withdrawal and then force customers to paid bank transfers. Edit 5 days later. Now the company tries to identify me using Trustpilot (add more information), like they do not know they information about withdwals are incomplete - their support knows very well they cannot refund from card usually and any mention about missing deposit/withdrawal info they just ignore during our communication. Edit 2 weeks later: still cannot withdraw my funds, despite support is at least responding. Also, I am not sure why PurpleTrading needs to know my identity because they should fix their practice and the misleading information, not to verify my ID here. From the response to my review here, this: "Card withdrawals are processed as refunds and may be subject to conditions and limitations set by payment service providers, such as time or eligibility constraints." is the exact problem. PurpleTrading knows that but does not provide this information on their website to payment methods comparison, like as clients should probably know how PurpleTrading operates internally.
The transaction got jammed up until “𝕣𝕖𝕥𝕣 𝚒𝚎𝚟𝚒 𝗌𝗍𝖺” stepped in with strategic precision. Legal action had to be taken before they reluctantly coughed up the dough.

I am using purple trading to practice demo trading and so far it's been good, the spreads are decent and connection is MT5 has never dropped. I am new to forex and from trading in purple trade has been a great way to start

Horrible. I had moved my SL to entry an in the news now it got to my previous SL and im down 2%, while in OANDA the i didnt see so major fall. Avoid at any costs especially for XAUUSD. I almost lost my account with these scammers
Horrible spreads for the XAUUSD about 28-30 points during Asian Session. Compared with Fusion Market/IC Market the difference is almost 15 points. The broker is not suited for scalping.
Spread its awful
I am shocked to read here so many negative references here. I am using Purple Trading for trading since 2016 and never had a single negative experience. All my emails and requests are quickly and profesionally responded. There are people like Jaroslav Tupy - experienced professional traders giving free live trading sessions every week in order to teach retail traders how to trade. They give all the trading tools free of charge to its real clients. So once more - these negative refrences here are shocking for me and it seems to me that it is some campaign which started at the end of the year 2023 and aims to damage reputation of Purple Trading. It is a shame...

Terrible experience. They made a mistake, I lost money and they are not willing to find resolution and refund back. Unreliable and this is not a serious approach. You can't trust him at all.
If you do not lose your money go away from them and avoid them. Big disappointment. I do not recommend. They make mistakes that lose your od money and are not willing to solve the problems.
My experience with this broker is very bad. 10 days after requesting the withdrawal (the email confirmation has arrived) and the money still hasn't arrived. Problem with payment of entrance fees as a reward for partners. Termination of cooperation to my IB partners without any eason (2x by mistake). Very difficult communication with support, where works people without appropriate experiences. Moving and transfering me and my partners structure, despite my disapproval, to another partner structure. Very high spreads - expenses for trading. Plenty of brokers has much lower spreads and commissions. I really do not recommend this broker for obvious reasons.
Very good broker. Regulatory compliance, honest leverage and margin amounts. Attractive and clearly explanined spread and commission rate. Easy deposits and withdrawals. Good trading platforms and trading hours. Great mount of forex markets available. Educational tools available. Special thanks to Mr Tomasz who is looking afetr me and explained everything clearly.
