While I faced serious difficulties with withdrawals from PU Prime initially, I would like to specifically appreciate Mr. Mustapha Amghar from PU Prime for his outstanding support. After I posted my second negative review on Trustpilot, Mr. Mustapha contacted me, arranged a Google Meet, patiently explained the situation, and resolved the entire issue within one day. His assistance was professional, transparent, and highly effective. I must say that his handling of the matter restored my confidence. However, my earlier experience showed that many support staff are not properly trained, and email communications often resulted in contradictory responses from different representatives, which unnecessarily prevented withdrawal. Overall, I sincerely appreciate the efforts taken by Mr. Mustapha Amghar and the final support provided by PU Prime.
These people looted my $800 deposited money with almost $300 profits on it. Now they are ignoring all the mails and taking forever to give clear explanation. They restricted my account suddenly. Now I can not trade, deposit or withdraw. Blocked my money since 10 days. They also put 2-3 extra entries to manipulate my trading history and shown loss. I never took that trades. Fraud Broker. Scammers.. PU Prime is a SCAM!!!SCAM!!!SCAM!!!SCAM!!!SCAM!!!SCAM!!!

I have tried creating Prime account multiple time but they always create a Standard account for me. And when I contact them, they say my account manager will contact me. But there is no sight of the account manager. They never call me or contact me. This forces me again to use standard account. Account: 21880779. Please resolve this asap. I will amend the review upon solving of this issue.

Why are all the positive reviews from people who originally gave a negative one star review? The investments started with small amounts and everything was ok but now they are pestering to invest larger amounts for higher profits even though they have been told there is no more money.

I had a very concerning experience with PU Prime involving the premature closure of multiple XAUUSD (gold) trades. On 28 November 2025, nine gold trades were closed unexpectedly despite having valid take-profit (TP) levels that were later reached by the market. I did not manually close these trades. PU Prime initially cited a gold market disruption, then later claimed the trades were closed by my Expert Advisor (EA). However: My EA was not running on gold, only on currency pairs The broker refused to provide Magic Numbers or full server-side execution logs to verify their claim Logs they referenced were related to AUDUSD “trade disabled” errors, which were irrelevant to the gold closures My EA runs on a VPS, yet the broker made inconsistent statements about IP origin Despite repeated requests, the issue was not resolved, and responsibility was shifted entirely to the client What concerned me most was the lack of transparency. When a broker claims trades were closed by an EA, providing Magic Numbers and full logs should be standard. That information was repeatedly refused. Because of this, I have escalated the matter to the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Seychelles for independent review. I would strongly advise traders—especially those using EAs or automated strategies—to carefully consider execution transparency and dispute handling before choosing this broker.
All the guy said was to email support. He was of zero help. I asked him a simple question, like, "What does 'high water mark 'mean?" All he said was Email support
