ACCOUNT 23007346 My experience with PuPrime has been extremely negative and alarming. I executed six completely normal trades, manually, on different timeframes and at different moments — not simultaneously. There was absolutely no arbitrage, no hedging, no high-frequency trading, and no suspicious behavior of any kind. These were simple, honest trades like any retail trader would place. The moment I requested a withdrawal, PuPrime blocked my account and deleted all my profits, accusing me of “arbitrage” without providing any proof, data, or clear explanation. This accusation is entirely false and technically makes no sense given how the trades were executed. After this happened, I realized that this is far from an isolated case. Many other clients report the exact same pattern: ➡ normal trading ➡ withdrawal request ➡ account blocked ➡ profits removed In my opinion and based on my experience, this behavior raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of the platform. A broker that confiscates profits without evidence and only acts after a withdrawal request shows very worrying practices. I strongly believe this platform should be avoided, and I sincerely warn other traders to be extremely careful so they do not fall into the same situation.

The customer support some of the agents just don't reply for a long time I guess they're sleeping .the other issue I'd the chat .if I go back and Cole back the chat is gone even if I open a photo that I shared and go back to chat I've actually exited the chat now I have to connect to a new agent
