Additional review re Pu Prime Uk based / Seychelles operating agent . None of the “ bonus” were offered in reality . I have never received a bonus for deposits made . I was told this is not worth getting as it in fact posts as a credit to your acct and is not a good thing . $150 for a new activating never received. All my emails to the customer service were never answered and I have lost $42k in my Paam acct - SCAMMERS alert ‼️

After almost a year of trading, making profits, and withdrawing funds, I suffered a loss, which happens to any trader. I lost my account, so I deposited another $250 hoping for the 100% bonus advertised on the site—meaning I would get an additional $250. However, I only received $50. I didn't benefit from the promised bonus. Anyway, I accepted it. I made a small profit, but I didn't withdraw it because I wanted to increase my account balance. I lost several trades in one day, and they forced me to lose a small portion of the $300 bonus. I only lost $38, leaving me with $262 in the bonus. They suspended my trading and asked me to make a new deposit to continue trading. I was in a financial crisis and couldn't do that. My account has $268, but I can't trade with it. This made me feel frustrated and doubt the company's credibility. The company knows perfectly well that I'm a capable trader, but they didn't trust me. They were afraid of losing their bonus and didn't help me at all.

Professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive was David Radysew. He made my PuPrime experience seamless . David guided me through the account setup with clear, step-by-step explanations, answered all my questions patiently, and took the time to clearly explain how to secure the first-deposit bonus and the 20% bonus on subsequent deposits. The entire process was stress-free. He even later checked in via text to see how my trade was going. Highly recommended.
Quick answer and quick explanation
For the most part I have a better understanding on how the platform works. Jason did a good job helping to navigate around the platform. However, instructions could be better just need to slow down when providing information. I think having tutorial videos or simulated examples may be even better for newcomers and beginners given the different time zones and language barriers.
I had an issue withdrawing as I logged in on a vpn by accident so they recommended me to send over a verification email to prove it was me doing it took no more than a few hours now I should be able to withdraw. PU PRIME is the best broker there is!
My experience with PU Prime has been extremely disappointing and concerning. After a card deposit, PU Prime deducted USD 700 from my trading account as a so-called “cash adjustment / chargeback”, claiming that a chargeback had occurred. No refund was ever paid to me. This is fully supported by official bank statements. Despite providing clear evidence, PU Prime refused to return the deducted funds and repeatedly insisted that I must resolve the issue with my bank, even though there was no successful chargeback and no money returned to me. Communication was repetitive and responsibility was constantly shifted away from PU Prime. To this day, the deducted funds remain missing. ⚠️ Warning: Be aware that funds can be deducted from your trading account without proof of repayment. If a dispute arises, you may be left dealing with banks and payment providers while the broker refuses accountability. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend PU Prime and advise other traders to proceed with extreme caution.

I receive your reply abt my ID verification has been verified. And I am waiting for your amendment of my ID name show on My ID instead of my other preference name as a first name. As the first time accessing open an account, I (all users/traders)also need to do ID authentication to verify. And it has been *verified* to open a trading account for deposit. If not, how could We deposit. And I feel okay to hear that My ID has been verified after they know my situation during these steps to process. I am waiting for fully ID authentication by retype my document name on website and app. When it can start to trade, then I will feel your service is pretty good then.
