Willie is amazing. I previously had trouble depositing so I left this broker. He won me over from a different broker by writing on WPP and solving all my issues and this broker is truly great. The best thing about it is their mobile app on which you can see very precise price differences, expected profit, loss, etc. and it is very conveniently designed. AND the leverage. The other broker had a maximum of 1:200 on Gold, but I needed 1:400, PU Prime offers max 1:500, which is ideal.

It's being over three days I have to trying to get an account transfer and until now nothing....it's just exhausting and am still waiting for it to be done. And am very new to this company but if it works out before sunday or monday(as I need to trade) then I will maybe change the review a lil bit.

Worst broker ever. I started investing 800 euros. Managed to triple the amount to 2500. Then lost it but saw potential so I invested another 3k in the broker. In the same day I turned that into 11k. Tried to withdraw just 1k and I got a message saying my account has been blocked. I texted info support but they say they don’t have anything to do there, that I have to write an email to trading support. I wrote the email and kept trading for a few days (I turned those 3k into 23k in a few days). Just when I made 23k I get an email saying that “ In view of your recent activity or behaviour, which is deemed to be in breach of our Client Service Agreement, PU Prime is invoking our rights to terminate the client relationship as provided in the agreement.“ Supposedly by any of these trading activities which of course I have not done “ Any form of arbitrage trading Claiming promotional bonuses through multiple registrations. Engaging in various practices of bonus manipulation Breached any terms specified in our Client Service Agreement Involvement in fraudulent activities, disputes, or situations deemed fraudulent in PU Prime discretion.” I texted back trying to reclaim at least what is mine that I invested. But they just keep ignoring. Don’t put your money in this horrible broker! They will just keep it and create and stupid rule to block your account and take your money plus profits. What is this a prop firm??? This is crazy. I have been trying other brokers that are just much better and they don’t ignore you and leave you like this without even a response or solution.

ecco a voi la mia esperienza con puprime, prima di tutto fornisco i meii dati cosi loro non possono rispondere come vedo che fanno con molti dicendo che "non trovano il mio account " dunque sono francesco pio corina Trading Account : 22691545 una settimana fa ho depositato e tradato con 550 euro e vinto 600 euro dopo 10 minuti mi trovo il conto sospeso , dopo qualche giorno mi trovo il conto bloccato e la vincita annullata e ricevo questa email che non ha senso ma è una scusa per non pagarmi ovviamente: Dear Client, In view of your recent activity or behaviour which is deemed to be in breach of our Client Service Agreement, PU Prime is invoking our rights to terminate the client relationship as provided in the agreement. The identified trading activities in your account include and/or not limited to: ● Any form of arbitrage trading ● Claiming promotional bonuses through multiple registrations. ● Engaging in various practices of bonus manipulation ● Breached any terms specified in our Client Service Agreement ● Involvement in fraudulent activities, disputes, or situations deemed fraudulent in PU Prime discretion. PU Prime will be taking the following actions in response to the breach with immediate effect: - All accounts registered under the email address will be set to read-only with immediate effect. All accounts registered under the email address will be closed. Please be advised that in accordance with our established terms and conditions, the decisions made by PU Prime are definitive and obligatory for all involved parties within this notification. Apart from the information provided in this notification, there will be no further correspondence regarding this matter. Ovviamente ho chiesto spiegazioni piu volte ma sono stato ignorato , questo ragazzi non è un broker bensi un casino cammuffato , loro guadagnano sulle vostre perdite e se vinci trovano il modo di non pagarti , cosi hanno i soldi per pagare l'argentina come sponsor , loro giocano tutto sul immagine ma difatto questo è quello che fanno nessuno esce vivo da questo broker lasciate perdere fidatevi e informatevi bene prima di buttare i vostri soldi con questi ladri soltanto perchè ve lo dice qualche fuffaguru online

They say there's no deposit fee. I deposited $40,000. They funded my account with $39,600. They took away $400 for no reason. No matter how many times I followed up. They looked the other way. They say there's a bonus. But not event 1 cent was funded as a bonus. They say you have an account manager. But, after 2 weeks of following up and trying to fix my issues, the account manager just responded with a very irrelative answers. After all, I was able to take part of my money back. But not in full. I would never recommend this broker. UPDATE: The broker replied to this comment. But I cannot reply. Therefore, I update the original comment. Simply, they lie. I have the proof of all my conversations. 1. I double checked with the customer suervice twice. They confirmed that I am eligible for the bonus program. Even the exact amount was provided. 2. The stolen fee from my deposit was not by banks. I already paid the bank fee. The live chat customer service specifically told me they took at as a fee. 3. I've been in contact with the customer service for about 10 days. A long back and forth chat is available. They were no help. Just killing the time.
